Brandy, the manager, and her team have gone above and beyond to offer me help, guidance and a shoulder to cry on. If it hadn't been for them I don't think I would have been able to navigate the twists and turns that have confronted me this week. It is a shame my mum couldn't live here. The place is warm, comforting and actually a lot of fun. I truly wish my mom was well enough to stay here. I have no doubt she would have loved the fabulous apartment with tons of natural light and the easy access to restaurants, shopping and a Costco!! The place is very clean and they are practicing COVID protection which makes us all feel safe. In just under a month he has made some friends. The residence that live at this location have been here for years in certain cases and they are so lovely. They care deeply about the quality of life they provide from the food to the medical care. They work with the whole range of patient, from babies, to elderly people. I'm a patient of Martina Di Gioacchino, speech language pathologist. Over the course of 5 treatments she helped me tremendously. I initially came to Martina for the voice control and treatment. The nature of my job requires me to attend client's calls and sometimes conduct the presentations where I have to speak for 1 - 2 hours. I used to start loosing my voice after the first 30 minutes. After working with Martina I see a huge improvement. She taught me how to control my breath, posture and how to improve my voice projection. Another area I needed help with was an accent reduction. English is my second language, and Martina was the first professional who could identify the areas I need to work on right away and explain how to pronounce certain sounds correctly. I still need to remind myself to focus on those, but when I do I can pronounce them right. I know I won't get rid of my accent entirely, no do I strive for it, but it's nice to sound intelligently. It's been a very pleasant and productive experience and highly recommend this clinic

As if a shy little kid will talk to a stranger?? How can she assess her if she don't talk? She was very contradicting when she tells me that parent participation is encouraged on the phone, and telling me to SHUT up when I'm there? She was RUDE and making the experience unpleasant for the Parent, which are the ones that decide to pay for the service. Please reconsider another clinic if possible. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience.
