So I was having a little trouble with finding a new hair stylist that was willing to take new clients. Then I saw an add for the Courtyard Salon and Spa and got an appointment right away. When I walked in there the place was very clean, spacious and designed well. I noticed another stylist that was doing a very nice job with coloring another client hair. My stylist was very friendly and punctual with my haircut and styling appointment. She really knew about cutting hair and she styled and cut mine that was fabulous and flattering for me!! I have had my hair done with Micah and she is absolutely amazing. Got the color I wanted spot on and is always so sweet. She does offer a quiet service as well if you wanna get your hair done and just relax without talking. She's absolutely amazing with blonde, silvers, and bright colors. (That's what I have seen her for) I'm sure she would do amazing with any color or cut and if she can't do it she will tell you rather than lie and tell you she can. I had my hair done here two weeks ago. I wanted to like this place so much. I found them in FB. They got "Best Salon and Spa" in Lewis County, I was very excited for my appointment. My appoint was with Katelynn. She was very responsive before my appointment. During my appointment conversation was awkward, I thought no biggie, maybe she's not a taker, I can deal with that. No problem! After I was done she gave me my price $245 before tip. I still don't know why. But, I paid and left. Before leaving I asked how to schedule my next appointment and was told I could find her on FB. Interesting. My hair seemed fine when I left, I do have a severe vision impairment and lighting isn't the best in the salon. I got home and noticed I had a large amount of color on my forehead, a small scratch and my "root touch up" was way to dark. $245 is way too much for this. I would NOT recommend and will NOT be back. read more

I do not recommend getting braids there. I was charged $120 dollars for the worst braids I've ever had done. Over charged and they were horrible. They were friendly and polite though. read more

I came here and found a nice quality looking salon. Altho hardly anyone available ( almost looked deserted )? One nice Stylist in the back away from the front entrance. Nobody to take an appt. or take a phone call. I tried to get in touch with the owner about permanent cosmetics. She was difficult to reach, then when she returned my call was rather condescending when I had questions. I opted out of using her and do not think she is doing her salon/spa justice.
