Kristen is really as good as it gets!!!! I am blond and have A LOT of hair, and due to several botched hair nightmares, I was extremely nervous to go to someone new. However, my old hairdresser stopped doing hair and after a year of holding out, and five inches of roots, I needed to take the leap. My good friend recommended Kristen and I am so glad I went to her!!! First of all, prior to starting, she told me that if there was anything at all I didn't like or needed more of, to let her know because she wanted me to have the hair I wanted -- very reassuring!! But there were no adjustments because everything came out PERFECT!! It took Kristen 3 hours to do what took other hairdressers 5-6 hours to do to my hair -- very heavy highlights (practically solid) and cut/style. Not only is she extremely quick, but she is extremely thorough. She got the color perfect and got down right to the root. And the 3 hours I spent there didn't even feel like three hours. Kristen is the BEST!! She has been doing my hair for the past 8 years and she has yet to disappoint! She always lets me know what I should be doing with my hair to make it the healthiest it can possibly be and people have randomly stopped and asked me who does my hair because it looks so good. Her prices are great and the color seems to last forever! Every time I'm in her chair I feel comfortable and relaxed that she's going to make my hair look perfect. Had an amazing experience getting my hair colored and cut by Kristen. After the last year of doing my own hair cause of covid, I finally made an appt to see if she could fix all the damage I had done by cutting, coloring, stripping, and coloring again on my own. She not only walked me through the reasons why my hair had become so damage but offered several options to repair the damage I had done.
