Bought a part from Tyler Pensinger (He is the owner and does all of the shipping under his name…read morerather than BP Repair, so this is relevant according to yelp guidelines) on ebay and after installing it I found that it didn't work. I had my mechanic check it as well just to be sure, and he confirmed it. I contacted Pensinger through ebay and he told me to return it for a refund, which I did. The USPS tracking number confirmed delivery. Thinking that he was going to do the right thing, I waited. After waiting a reasonable amount of time I sent him a couple of messages and got no response, all while his account was actively selling on ebay. It appears that he deliberately waited until the time ran out on my ability to pursue the issue via ebay and paypal (I didn't realize there was a statute of limitations of under two months when it comes to being robbed through these sites, but that's neither here nor there) and apparently plans on not replacing the broken part AND keeping my money. I would have been open to a working replacement if he hadn't decided to play games, but that ship has sailed. It's bad enough that he tried to pass along a bad part that could get someone killed (airbag control module) when it doesn't work, but now he wants to steal from people? I have the report filed with ebay, my message exchanges with him, the usps tracking information, and my paypal receipts as proof of what I am about to say. Until I get my money back I'm going to say it repeatedly and say it loud: THIS BUSINESS SCAMS CUSTOMERS AND THIS GUY IS A THIEF. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday to get a diagnostic on the problems of my car. I was told it…read morewould be done that day, but it unfortunately wasn't, which wasn't a big deal. I showed up the next day around 10 am, and the receptionist walks in holding groceries and when I just politely said that I was there to pick up my car she goes, "Well I just walked in the door," very rudely. She was EXTREMELY rude to me the entire time and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for showing up during their hours. She just hands me my key and says "Here." I asked her what was wrong with it (because that's why I went there in the first place) and she told me that there was a timing chain issue and they don't work on those for my motor there and then said "oh and something about a wheel bearing." Very frustrating that my car was there for over 24 hours to barely get an answer with no diagnostic report, nothing. The blonde lady up front is very rude and unhelpful. Everything there seems extremely unorganized and no one knows what's going on. The only reason I gave two stars was because they didn't charge me, which was nice. But very frustrating that I waited a week for an appointment, and went a day without my car for pretty much nothing and to be treated like an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place at all.
