I've taken CPR/AED/First Aid training every two years since 1990 as part of my continuing education and recertification for my exercise professional licensure. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to learn anything new this time around, but was pleasantly surprised with the instructor, Michelle's, knowledge. She shared some of her practical insights as an experienced ER nurse and I feel even more equipped to address emergency situations than I did before taking this training. Hello again... I realized my CPR/BLS AHA was reaching it's expiration and I got really lucky and wound up here. To my surprise I was in the right place.... Went to their website and saw their calendar with all their schedules for all the classes they offered. Clicked on the day that was perfect for me and registered myself. Their website is super easy to navigate threw and so user friendly, IT WAS SO EASY TO USE !!!!! The classroom was well equipped and they had coffee,sodas, and snacks for the students. Plus a charging station for your devices, Charge up while your learning. I couldn't have asked for more really, felt like I was at a friends house. Mrs Michelle Lind RN was our instructor that morning and she welcomed us all and informed us of everything I mentioned above. Then we jumped right into it, She was on her "A" Game and didn't miss a beat. Very pleasant and very informative and knowledgeable of the material. It was one of my best experiences for all my years of taking these courses. I wanna say a BIG THANK YOU for all she does and making my morning really comfortable and making me feel so relaxed.
