They would update us on the time left to pick up. They place the crawfish in styrofoam to-go container and bag them up. The crawfish were on the small-medium end but that is expected given the time of year. The favor was good, the shells were a bit soft and it seemed that it may have been a touch overcooked but for the larger ones, it was just fine. Boudin balls were about baseball sized but very salty. I may return for more crawfish but once the season is fully going.
