The last time he gave me any kind of update was February 25th; since then, it has been total radio silence. Multiple attempts to get in touch have gone completely unanswered. Taking months and ghosting a customer over a menu button repair is ridiculous. At this point, he is just holding my property hostage--and to be clear, it is still my property.
