I said I would NEVER move again because it is such a giant pain in the you know what...but then I found my dream house...and 45 days later I'm getting quotes to move! Andy got back to me very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to walk through to give me a quote. He arrived as planned, and we went through what we needed. Andy provided me a quote and we talked about deposit, and Andy went on his way. I had received a couple of other quotes too, and we went with the lowest bid which was Andy. Now normally I like to go with the mid ground quote, but the dream house cost a pretty penny and we were going to be with them, so cost was a big factor for us...but Andy was nice at initial meet so I paid the deposit and hoped for the best. Fast forward a few days, and Andy reached out to let me know that he was on the way but had a brief hold up. He and 3 other individuals arrived, introductions were made and we did another quick walk through to show the team of 4 what was getting moved. Andy, Dan, Jackie and Steve got to work, moving all of the stuff we discussed. Okay, these guys made quick work of our heavy stuff, you know, all the stuff that our 40+ year old backs need time to recover if we had moved. Or the stuff that would have caused my husband and I to argue, or the stuff that we moved the last time and said WE ARE NEVER MOVING THAT STUFF AGAIN! And I have no idea how they did it so quickly because they did it with utmost care!! In addition to being great at their jobs, these people were all just really good people. They were super nice and just chill people that made the day fly by! Okay, maybe my day flew by because we were going to my aforementioned dream home, and they lifted all the things big and small. The day came to an end and Andy and company came through 6 minutes under the estimated timeframe. This crew went above and beyond and although I AM NEVER EVER EVER, GOING TO MOVE AGAIN...if my fatal flaw rises up again (I creep on Zillow), I will be sure to call Andy and the rest of The Crew Moving Company!!!! read more

We contracted with the on Tuesday June, 11 to move my in-laws on Tuesday June 18. On Monday June 17, at 3pm, Andrew called and said he was having trouble securing a truck for Tuesday; if we could supply a truck he would only charge us a $100/hr. We wanted a moving company so we didn't have to do that. Andrew will not return our deposit because he said we cancelled within 24 hours. If you can't provide the service you are offering, then you shouldn't expect payment. read more

Furniture assembly, moving and removal. Good but. need supervision. May lift personal items liie medication etc. Somewhat expensive like $108 for 33 miles of travel on way home. Friendly belies trust worthiness. read more

Andrew and his crew were great! They handled moving heavy items up and down an apartment with three flights of stairs with no problem, and were friendly and fast. They even helped me take apart and put together my bed frame once I realized I didn't have them equipment to do so! The van we used was a tad dirty and got a few smudges on things, but nothing that can't be wiped off. All in all a great experience! :) read more
