Dylan and Jesse were extremely professional and I was impressed by how quickly they adapted to our preferences. I could tell that they wanted to give us exactly what we wanted and walk us through all possible options When choosing designs, Hériter pulled up size guides and previous projects that were similar to the ring we had in mind. We ended up choosing a marquee diamond with three accents on each side and a platinum band. We landed on this design after a couple consultation meetings where Hériter explained how to get the most within our budget. We were even able to do a custom engraving and add our birthstones inside the ring. We've received so many compliments on how special and unique this detail is. From the moment I spoke with her, I felt judged and dismissed. She looked me up and down multiple times, and the interaction made me uncomfortable. I was on vacation and dressed casually and comfortably, but that should not determine how a customer is treated. I brought in a genuine luxury item because I needed funds, and while I understand pawn shops have to verify authenticity, the way I was approached made me feel more like a suspect than a customer. What upset me even more was the way my bag was handled. While checking it, she pulled aggressively at the pockets and ended up creasing the bag instead of handling it gently and professionally. When someone brings in a luxury item, they expect it to be treated with care and respect. Took 2 associates 3x to get her to come out and assist me She was unprofessional talking about the quality of my bag before results came back She tore a tiny piece of paper for my contact info What made this experience more disappointing is that these stores are nostalgic for me. Her shopped smelled great and I loved the vibes in there. She must have been burning like 50 candles on one counter. Her kids were in there playing so the vibe there is pretty relaxed. I ended up buying a few packs of incense but I want to go back in the next few weeks and buy some protection oil. I could have poked around in here for hours but I had a appointment.
