Laura has been super easy to work with. She's friendly but "no nonsense." She is highly concerned with giving really good service and a high quality product, and seeing that the customer is happy. As well, she employs people who are out to do the same. Most of the work I've given her consists of old movies in film formats, and some VHS, to convert to DVD.
