The cost was very reasonable. He created all the flower arrangements and bouquets for our wedding and we were thrilled with the work he did for us. Even our centerpieces, for which we had chosen a simple arrangement of pink hydrangeas, were the most beautiful, delicate shade of pink, showing what a careful eye he has. Yes, the ordering experience was easy and they delivered on time which is appreciated. However, they used a bunch of filler greenery and leaves and not nearly enough flowers. A cheap looking rendition of what is advertised. Not to mention, we did our own measurements. The height of the arrangement was just under 11" and the width just 14" - again short of what is advertised and paid for for a Premium arrangement. I didn't bother calling to complain because other reviewers have commented that the service is rude and gets you no where. So here is my review backed up with pics.

I chose Lace Leaf Co because Krysta seemed very enthusiastic and appeared to understand my vision for my wedding before I paid the deposit. She advised that she would also check in periodically before the final decisions needed to be made. She never checked in and I attempted to check in myself at the 6 month mark and let her know that I had chosen my colors. She ignored my email. As a bride I felt uncomfortable with the lack of communication for such an important event. I explained this to her but she refused to refund the $550 despite the fact that she had put zero effort into my wedding so far. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
