It's a perfect accompaniment to the well crafted cocktails. As for the cocktails I ordered a Cover Club cocktail since it's one of my favorite gin cocktails and they specialize in gin. My BF ordered a more tropical drink with lychee. Both cocktails were delicious. I also loved the quiet and intimate atmosphere. It's perfect for a sophisticated date night. Berlin has some very promising cocktail bars so I'm making my way thru them but Windhorst is definitely my kind of spot.

Longo story: Though "Train" is just around the corner from my apparent, I discovered this place through a friend of mine, who wanted to surprise me. At the beginning it was literally just a train, but with the time it's place expanded a little bit and now they have a bigger area next to carriage. I always enjoy sitting inside of the carriage, because whenever I'm in, I feel like I'm on a journey. A great, fun journey with a nice cocktail in my hand, traveling through the night. Amazing, right? Service is always very fast and pleasant, stuff is in a good mood: dancing and singing :-) The owner doesn't use any cheap alcohol, obviously. So, the quality of drinks is pretty good. The guests of the bar are rather young. Nobody smokes inside the carriage (though I think it's allowed) and I love it. Atmosphere is always happy, which makes this place a perfect station right before stepping into a club. Prices are average. Toilet area can seem a little bit weird and cold in the winter time. Since the carriage itself is pretty tide, they put some toilets outside of it. Toilets are clean - no worries about that!

Very reasonable prices for an incredible experience. There was a richness about it that was belied by the value. I always look for new experiences when I visit Europe, but next time I am in Berlin, I will go back to Beavis Bar, where I suspect I could get a new experience every time.
