Some rugs to step on instead of the cold tile floor, some dimmer lighting and warmer colors would be nice. I mean, your business consists of people getting naked in public... bright lights, bright white walls, and cold, hard floors aren't great for feeling comfortable. Also, some doors are iffy on locking. I want to KNOW some idiot isn't going to walk in on me. Anyway, love this place. Don't go anywhere else in town, they'll make you pay more than this place!

I left 6 messages outlining this to Brandy Olive... she has not once returned my calls. This is FRAUD at its best example! I intend to file as many complaints against Brandy until my Credit card is resolved. Please take this as a warning . There are several other options for tanning please research and use them.

Each time the employees have been extremely professional and made the experience very comfortable. This is extremely important since they are seeing you nearly (or completely) naked. I had one experience where the tan washed off in the shower the day that I got it. I went back that night and the girl worked me in even though there were no appointments available. She was very nice about the whole thing and sprayed me again for free. Also, they have a special where if you go back within 7 days you can get sprayed for just $10 which makes it very affordable. Overall, very good experience.

The card also had a nail technician's name on it. She left Magnolia House a few weeks after the gift certificate was purchased. Not my problem! So I called for an appointment several times & left messages. I never received a call back. I finally wrote an email and the owner told me to make an appointment online. Went to my appointment. BUT when we were done, they would not honor the gift certificate. So I had to pay for the service my husband thought was a gift. To me, a customer to the Magnolia House, the clear message was...your husband spent good money with us, but we're not honoring that gift certificate because the person who waited on you is gone. NOT a good way to treat your customers!!! Bad business ethics!!!
