They explained every option to me clearly, and understandably, and even allowed me to sit down in the office with my computer to email my design to them! Even though I was making a small order, I felt as though I was valued as much as any other client who walks in with orders for hundreds of shirts. Their selection of in-store apparel is actually quite large and certainly covered my needs. I was surprised and beyond satisfied when I walked out that same day with a high quality print on a water shirt and swim trunks. Their prices cannot be beaten. If I had ordered these items from a large online-based printing company, for the SAME EXACT BRAND APPAREL AND DESIGN, it would have been 2X as much for the clothing, and almost 5X for the printing itself.
