Response time to my inquiry and subsequent communication was great-and they actually contacted me the night before reminding me of the time they'd meet me and yep, they were on time. So far I have used them 3 times; house to storage and condo (which had stairs!), then condo to house, and finally storage to house. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates are. No surprises-they tell you up front what they charge and give you an estimate. The only issue we had was the move got pushed back a day, but that was mostly due to another client being somewhat less that truthful about the amount of stuff they had, so the "small job" they were trying to do on the same day became a 12-hour ordeal for them. I get it, and it actually worked out fine. I have to say that William was more than accommodating, and the price was incredible! Completely blew everyone else out of the water! Bobby and Jeffrey, even though I knew they were exhausted, took the time to really put things where I wanted them, and helped me get a little bit sorted so I can live in the new place. I searched on Yelp for someone local and Family Moving has 5 stars so I gave them a call. I thought they'd have to come out and give me a quote but Susie helped me out on the phone. She asked me to explain the size of the condo and how much furniture and then told me she would send over 3 guys. They charge by the hour and there is a 3 hour minimum. She happened to have a day the following week available so I booked them. Three young men showed up right on time and got right to work. I honestly thought they would be moving slowly to try to get the price up but they were quick and efficient. They wrapped a couple of glass shelves I was starting to wrap on my own - I didn't realize that was included! Once they got to my home on the other side with my hubby they were just as quick and efficient. He even asked them to help out moving a piece of furniture that we had in a room that we needed moved to another room and it was no problem at all. They wound up getting it all done in 3 hours and 15 minutes. We tipped them handsomely as we really appreciate great work ethic and attitude. I would highly recommend this company for any move you have in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

She asked all the important questions and provided me with key points of information that would be helpful for the move . She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I shared with the crew that growing up in Bronx NY my dad worked for a moving company so I know how hard they work on what can be a tiring and difficult job. He sent out a piano repair technician and repaired the piano to its original form. I am delighted with the final outcome and I would recommend Isaac Reed's company to anyone who has moving needs.
