He gave me a shot of…read moreNovocaine the first time it was a very small amount and then he tried to pull my tooth and I started hurt so we try it again and it was still extremely painful. I've had a tooth extraction before another dentists were able to get it out in 45 seconds or less. This doctor Zoey would twist it side-to-side and left and right and he took over 5 minutes and I'm sitting there tears rolling out of my eyes and sweating like a pig. There were a couple times during this extraction I had to put my hand on his arm and get him to stop doing the twist in because I was about to pass out. And I kicked my phone a couple times cuz it hurts so bad and it was just a reaction and he told me to settle down instead of asking if I needed more pain medication. You made me feel small and like a child so I just said f*** it and let him continue this painful extraction so I didn't have to wait here anymore. I needed to get another tooth filled but after this extraction I just freaking left the office and I'll never go back there again and I'm pretty sure I'm going to report this motherfuker

I had to call back and reschedule my appointment and she said she needed to cancel my appt and take me off the books since she felt insurance was not going to pay them for my visit since I had a free consultation with another dentist regarding a sensitive tooth and my previous dentist had emailed a copy of my exrays to me. I pay out of pocket, especially since I need a crown and insurance does not cover crowns anyway. Her explanation for her behavior was an unfounded lame excuse. The receptionist acted very unprofessional and is a very bad reflection on the dentist she works for. I don't know why a professional would allow this person to interact with his patients, she has a miserable attitude and treats others badly. A receptionist should have good customer service skills and the treatment I received was considerably lacking in good manners and professionalism. I would not recommend this dental office not because of the dentists skills but because of the unprofessional unkind attitude that was presented to me. Stay away!
