The Daily Desk is a nice place to work. I had appointments in Fairfield so I rented an office for half the day. Their facility is professional, clean and welcoming. I am so happy that I found this place to boom. This is my go to in Fairfield. I will definitely be back. I chose a small office but they placed me in the conference room. I had trouble with the remote tv monitor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The admin at the front tried to help. She got my computer working with the remote tv but it kept disconnecting and lagged. I gave up and used the portable monitor that I brought with me. They provide snacks, which is fantastic for clients. I commuted over an hour, so the drinks and snacks came in handy. The remote tv monitor may have been user error. I will still go back and use the Daily Desk to meet clients in the area. read more

Oh how I love this place. I've been a fan of shared work spaces since I visted a WeWork in San Francisco and the manager who walked us around served me a draft beer. Beer? In the morning? Why not? It was very risque and I loved the whole aesthetic of people working together, but not having to be trapped at your desk. I loved how my sister worked at Square in the city and you could work from the cafe, on the stairs, on a couch or in a pod and no one tripped about it. But now we're in this post-Covid era, where we were all stuck working at home and during that time, I could feel the frustration of not being in the room with co-workers. As a TV producer, I miss having everyone pitch the stories we were working on all day. Yeah, we got to pitch them on Zoom, but let's face it- when other people were pitching their stories, I wasn't paying attention and neither were other people. We were all doing our online shopping, or working on the details for when it was our time to pitch, or just zoning out. Being in the room with others and collaborating was missed, at least by me. Now millenials are fighting to not be in the office anymore. I get it- I'd love to pull down Bay Area wages while I'm working from Ibiza or Cancun or living at home with mom and dad because I'm in Ohio. They don't care about collaboration because they want to be biking midday or playing with their dog on a beach. Completely understood. But the energy you lose from collaboration is lost because of it. What I love here is that people grind out their work quietly, but every once in awhile you'll hear people bubbling in the corner, giving each other advice about projects, getting ideas and feedback from each other, and running off to execute those ideas. I worked there for a few days with client of The Daily Desk and I loved it. We were working on a project and he kept asking people around them for their opinions on what we were generating and they had such cool ideas, offered to reach out to their networks for resources or information, and they were all just so helpful and affirming of each other. Plus the place has all the office supplies from printers to PO boxes, snacks, zoom backgrounds and desk styles you could need. You need to do a podcast? Book the podcast room. Have a client coming over to discuss a project? Book the conference room. Have a zoom meeting but you are kinda noisy and don't want to bother others? Book a soundproof booth or the two seater (I call it the confessional). Need to do a workshop? They have a seminar room with rows of tables and seats. Need to relax for a second? Enjoy the mini gym with a shower room so you can freshen up afterwards, or maybe try the massage chair. Shawn has worked hard to make this place an ah-mazing place to work in. He should be very proud because you get so much from being a part of this community. If I didn't live in another state this would be my home base, but for now, I'm happy to work with my client again if only to hang out at The Daily Desk. read more

The Daily Desk is an awesome place to do business. You can lease long-term or even by the day. There are closed offices, shared office spaces, little soundproof booths for your private Zoom meetings, an espresso/latte/specialty coffee drink machine, snacks, microwave, air fryer, free snacks and drinks, printers, wi-fi, you name it. Shawn, who runs the place, is always making improvements and keeps things refreshed and clean. He's always available and remembers everyone by name. He is extremely accommodating to the needs of the businesses within. One day I dropped my car key down the elevator shaft and he found a way to get it out. There is great camaraderie among the different business people who work here. Doesn't hurt that the lunchroom TV is tuned to "The Office" most days. if you are needing an office space in the solano county area this is a place that you should check out. i attended a small dinner party in this space (the host was a member) and she could not stop raving about how accommodating the owner manager was. Vibe of the office was on point great mixture of office and wood trims in addition to desk space and offices they had podcast room, photo room, and the conference room we were in had awesome equipment (4 large touch screens and cameras) for a hybrid meeting. read more

The owner is very kind/welcoming & the staff as well -- I was offered to work there for a few days to see if it was a fit before purchasing a membership! I recently use The Daily Desk for a few weeks while visiting my sister. This is, by far, the best co-working space that I have ever worked at. A large variety of spaces are available, including open desks, phone booths, small offices, and conference rooms. There is also plenty of amenities, such as printing room, a large kitchen area with snacks, drinks, and coffee, and a gym. The vibe is warm, upbeat, and professional. Shawn, the owner, is always welcoming and helpful. The décor is modern, and the spaces are always very clean. I really have enjoyed my time working from The Daily Desk. read more

My Husband and I wfh in Vallejo and were getting new flooring in the house so we had to find a cowork space for the day. Location isn't trendy and in on the professional buildings. A lot of space, cool phone booths for private calls, multiple offices, and a printing room. It also has a large kitchen area with many free snacks, drinks, and coffee! But that's not all. What a gem! Found this spot as a perfect midway point between Sacramento and SF. It has amenities that give big chains that rhyme with "Glee Perk" a run for their money, a super welcoming owner and staff, and very reasonable prices. Definitely coming back often when I do coworking days. read more

The Daily Desk is THE absolute best co-working space hands down, especially if you are seeking a space within the Fairfield/Vacaville Solano county area. The location itself is convenient, safe and is also near a very well-known local coffee shop. I am so grateful for this space and the community as it has grown to hold a special place in my heart that I truly look forward to going to on a daily basis for both my professional work and a place to carry out my creative outlet interests. We have a private suite here and we definitely are so appreciative of the all inclusivity that is offered: from having 24 access to TDD space with a fob key, to having access to various meeting rooms that are equipped with modern, state of the art technology devices, a wide variety of snacks and beverages, an on-site mailbox, unlimited printing with office material and resources, community events, and of course my personal favorite part - being taken care of by the best staff. Shawn is the best!! One thing I love about Shawn is how personable he is and how much he genuinely cares about his members and the community at TDD. I love coming into TDD and being greeted by Shawn with a big smile as he rolls by on his segway to ensure he is providing the best service to everyone. He pours his heart and soul into TDD and us members are appreciative of everything he does for us here. And of course, if you get to meet Zaira and Natalie, the other two staff members at TDD, they will always go above and beyond to take care of you as well. They offer different memberships and passes that are flexible with what your use case and preference may be when seeking to utilize a space and the amenities like TDD.
