I am so happy that I found this place to boom. This is my go to in Fairfield. I will definitely be back. I chose a small office but they placed me in the conference room. I had trouble with the remote tv monitor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The admin at the front tried to help. She got my computer working with the remote tv but it kept disconnecting and lagged. I gave up and used the portable monitor that I brought with me. They provide snacks, which is fantastic for clients. I commuted over an hour, so the drinks and snacks came in handy. The remote tv monitor may have been user error. I will still go back and use the Daily Desk to meet clients in the area.

Long story short is that these options were earned over several years where stock was sold to cover the initial taxable earnings, leaving us responsible only for taxes on the gain. I am a Turbo Tax user / "do-it yourselfer," and I had an awful time making heads or tails of our E-Trade 1099 which utterly failed in showing the adjusted cost basis of the earnings. I also failed by filing a tax statement that I thought at the time was correct. When the hens came home to roost, I needed help in a big way by someone with solid experience in stock related tax issues, as the IRS wanted payment for taxes on 100% of the gain. Jessie helped us locate all the proper earnings statements and worked diligently at finding the adjusted cost basis of every single stock transaction in question. When all was said and done we still owed the IRS, but most important it was the correct and fair amount of the earnings, which thankfully in our case was much less. I will still continue to use Turbo Tax, but we now have someone to call when I am out of my league with a tax issue. 5 stars, highly recommended.
