However, I'm definitely not happy about the fact that they're ALWAYS OUT of the vast majority of their fountain drinks in the dining room, and I mean ALWAYS. This has been a recurring issues for months. Spoke with the assistant manager (who's always been a really nice and accommodating guy) and he said the manager refuses to order anymore than one canister at a time for each of the drinks, which seems crazy since they are constantly busy morn, noon, and night. As a business owner I do enjoy seeing others take true pride in their work and their business. Kudos to Lauren for running a tight ship here in the middle of Tennesse. We enjoyed table service this time, which was a fun new experience, you may now use the digital kiosks to place a complete and very custom order. The machine Asks you to take the next digital gps locator number and the food is brought straight to your table. Very efficient and fun. The woman completely shut us down and cut us off and said pull to the second window, when we werent even finished ordering, I get it might've been a long day but that gives no right to completely disregard your customers. If you don't want to work, please don't even bother working because it shows and it affects the customers. We just left didn't even get our food. Night shift attitudes are completely unacceptable.
