I have relatives in the Nashville area. I am driving there at least once a month. I always stop at exit 108 at McDonalds. The last 2 times the bathrooms were not as clean and the toilet paper dispensers were empty. I'm going to have to find another stop unless they get it together. I stopped by to use the restroom and grab a snack and the bathroom is one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever seen. Piss everywhere, urinals flushing too hard so then it's throwing piss water everywhere. Mirror looks like terrible. Couldn't even look in the mirror cause it looked like I had full body tats from all the ppl sketching into the mirror itself. Came in with my family of 7 about 730 PM on a Saturday night. The first thing you notice when walking into the building is a horrible sewer type smell with fishy undertones. The bathroom was especially nasty with both feces and bloody items overflowing the trashcans. read more

We went inside to order take-out; The food was ok. The fries I was given were cold, not warm, but cold. I asked the cashier to replace them and he acted like he couldn't understand me, so he gets the manager who was rude and acted like I was imposing upon him for such a simple request. He proceeded to reach into my bag of food and grab the cold fries out of it (he had super long fingernails & they appeared dirty). He promptly came back with another order of "lukewarm" fries. The soft drink area was filthy and the restrooms were disgusting; no toilet paper in two of the stalls, trash overflowing, bad odor, etc... Get it together, Mickey D's!!! read more

Filthiest McDonald I've ever been to. The place looks like it never been cleaned. The bathroom is infested with flies everywhere. Out of the 4 stalls in the Ladies room only 2 are Working and no toilet paper to boot. Soap dispenser was coming off the wall, only 1 sink had hot water and only 1 hand dryer is operational! Of course I didn't want to eat there to say the least. I wonder if the employees even dare use these facilities at all. Let alone any customer. read more

Came here because my husband has not been feeling well chose to get something to eat real quick usually don't have a problem with this location but today apparently they put the worst worker possible there because I asked for the Minecraft meals and even did research before to make sure that they were not out and they are not supposed to be out till May 6 And the woman at the drive-through was completely crappy towards us interrupting everything I was asking and overpowering another worker that was there trying to speak with me already. It was not implied that they ran out of the minceaft meal supplies other than the toy but then to turn around and say they don't serve it anymore. This situation was taken out of hand for no reason and with the interruption and the rude tone with it just made it 10x worse. I am very disappointed in the workers they have chosen to put on today and hopefully she will not be there Next time I come or else they will be losing my Business And hopefully people recognize and something will be done about it. read more

I boycotted McDonalds a long time ago but we stopped to use the restroom and my daughter said she was starving so we gave it a chance. This is the best McDonalds location I've ever been to. Restroom has 4 stalls and uses those large industrial rolls. At least two of the stalls had no paper. Line for the restaurant was crazy with people waiting for food as well as to order. Floor was sopping wet. Can't really rate the food since I decided not to wait around. read more

This location right off the interstate in Parker's Crossroads is one of the best and most consistent McDonald's I've ever visited. Nearly every time we've been in the drive-thru we've been asked to pull ahead to a numbered spot to wait for the food. I appreciate this because it keeps the line moving. Hot fries, clean restrooms, great staff!!! What more can you ask for?!? I wanted a Star War toy, so I ordered a cheese burger Happy Mea! I got an R2D2 with hologram of Princess Leia!!! So awesome!!! I just binge watched the older/original movies... but let me tell you something cool... I had a cheese burger, fries, a strawberry gogurt, a chocolate milk, and a cool toy! The choices for kids meals have been so nutritionally upgraded!! You can choice apple slices, milk, soda, Powerade, yogurt, extra fries, and chicken or burger.... the toys are still as COOL as when I was little. I'm 47 now... I have a guilty pleasure to be able to get a kids meal with no judgement, but a little self-inflicted guilt... lol ! I did order a Mc Chicken to balance out my appetite... but the chocolate milk and yogurt did make me so satisfied that I did not even want the chocolate shake that I thought I wanted! Hardly recognize the modern technology from what we normally see. Quick and convenient... we were back on the road in a flash! read more

Lauren is running a beautiful McDonald's. I am glad to be the first to review. I noticed as a manager is a perfect fit, she is a busy body, while we order she was humming around, wiping windows, checking the cleanliness of the location, stepped outside checked to make sure there was plenty of salt on the walkways, it was a snowy night, and a sunny day. As a business owner I do enjoy seeing others take true pride in their work and their business. Kudos to Lauren for running a tight ship here in the middle of Tennesse. We enjoyed table service this time, which was a fun new experience, you may now use the digital kiosks to place a complete and very custom order. The machine Asks you to take the next digital gps locator number and the food is brought straight to your table. Very efficient and fun. Like being in the future while enjoying the comforts of yesteryear dinner style accommodations. Keep up the good work. read more

Fast, friendly service. McMuffin was burnt but the person eating it was good with it. Interesting that the specials on the app were different in the area from where I live, about 100 miles away. Example -No free large drink with any purchase. Two of four restrooms were out of order. Any larger person or person in a wheelchair would have a problem. read more

The iced coffees are essentially cream with a splash of coffee. Also if you order some mediums you'll get a couple of smalls. 2 of the bathroom stalls were out of order with lines to use the working ones. read more
