They have been very helpful and unassuming any time I have gone into one of their stores. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about products and healthy choice trends. If you are new to the area, they appear to be well networked and can give you suggestions for naturopaths, massage therapist or other alternative therapies in the Sioux Falls area. If they do not immediately have an answer, they will research for you. I am willing to pay a little more for the value!

I've had to have them replaced twice and they replaced them with no hassle, and no further cost. They even allowed me to try a different kind support for a month but when I told them that my pain was returning, they put me back in the original type that was so successful. When it came time to purchase them we went to the cash register and she was stating the prices of the little things that were included. She then turned her computer screen and showed me that the inserts were 499.00 (so I thought for the three sets). She did not once say the price out loud or my total price. She asked me to sign the credit card machine in which I did not see the total price but in my head I was thinking 500.00 for inserts, 160.00 for shoes and a few other items would be about 800.00. And then she handed me a sheet of paper and asked me to sign it. When I got to the car and my phone dinged for my credit card purchase I say it was 1800.00 not 800! OMG! I called the store immediately and of course the sales associate was sorry for the misscommunication but you are stuck with them. She never once said out loud that my total would be 1800.00. I've been wearing glasses since 1986 and have had the experience of dealing with a ton of stores in multiple states over decades. I've never worked with anyone quite this bad. Also, the icing on the cake with her nastiness was the UNAUTHORIZED $50 she tried to charge me to look at some different lens color options for some sunglasses. I called her on the carpet this morning as to why she "snuck" this unauthorized charge in and she politely and quickly removed the charges. I'm certain if I would have went above her head on sneaking that $50 charge on me she would have got in trouble from her managers as she threw this charge in out of PURE nastiness. What makes this experience sting even worse is that I was a returning customer. On a positive note I spent $650 with them in December of 2013 and the lens quality of the glasses I ordered was AMAZING. Their lab makes an excellent quality lens. I'm going to keep working with this company just certainly not with Jessica.
