The owner used Karen nolen illness as an opportunity to destroy her marriage as she lay in the icu.karen after allmost dieing had her phone erased and ignored any requests for information.kept her on a ventilator so she could manipulate Karen into thinking she was justified in leaving state to find another man to get over our marriage. After every thing is said and done,Karen was on disability paying this woman rent and working in the shop for extra funds on disability,knowing her illness affects decision making skills and now that she has gotten Karen to make a mess of her life after being encouraged to loose everything has no problem with exploiting her in every way. very dishonest. Where they took the stitches out, the leather ripped. When I told them I wasn't happy and wanted to be reimbursed for the bag and refunded for the embroidery, the employee and owner both got very rude with me saying "that's just how leather is, I can't control the quality of the leather." They were very rude and very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
