Often, they have sales or give things away for free. Even when they aren't having a sale, their stuff is SUPER SUPER cheap! They have so many clothes and housewares. If you're looking for a place to donate items, they have a drop box outside you can use any time to donate unwanted clutter and give back to the community! Outside, they have what they call the "bargain hut" where everything is even cheaper than inside! I got a sandwich press grill for only $4! What a steal. Purchased a couch (06/25) and they did NOT inform me of any time limit to pick it up, not even when I talked to the Store Manager. I needed family's help (who live an hour away from me) and they couldn't come a few days later like I planned, so I came back a week later from the purchase date (today 7/02) with my family to find that they resold my couch without attempting to contact me at all. The store manager, David, told me he "tried calling" but that I don't have voicemail. I have my phone on me RELIGIOUSLY, I wake up to the vibration of a phone call alone. I looked back at my call log and I have NO missed calls since June 25th, apart from my grandma who called me today and *left a voicemail* so clearly the issue was not on my end and I don't appreciate the falsities, lack of communication or knowledge of store policy. Literally go to any other location and you'll have better service and employees that actually know company policy. This whole ordeal could've been avoided had the employee and store manager COMMUNICATED the pick-up deadline with me. Like ???

I was immediately greeted when I entered and informed about the current sales which included 75% off of handbags, 30% off of coats and other items. The pricing is more than a goodwill type of thrift store but on par with a consignment store. I was actually very tempted by a couple of coats but knew I wouldn't be able to get them in my luggage. Maybe they'll be there when I return in a couple of weeks. All of the items were fairly priced and in good condition. This is definitely a store worth checking out before you go to a regular retail location. I'm sure you'll find something here that you'll be taking home.

Around 1:45-2pm on Thursday, November 7th 2019, My dad and I pulled in to the donation side to drop off an entire truck load of items we were wanting to donate. My dad is handicapped, and I had already loaded the truck up earlier in the day, so I didn't feel like unloading it again. I went inside (the donation door) and told the older woman "My dad is handicapped, we need someone to unload the truck for us." She was instantly rude and seemed offended and replied with "How handicapped? We don't have any men in here today to help unload anything." She then attempted to look/dig in the back of the truck to see what SHE wanted to take, and we told her not to worry about it, that we'd go donate to Goodwill, who GLADLY had two WOMEN unload the truck for us. 1. Do not question how handicapped someone is and 2. If we are GIVING you a truck full of items for FREE, take it! Don't make us do your work for you! 3. If you are working in the donation area, you are expected to unload the items if someone needs help. We will never EVER will shop at this location again!
