They are a contractor through hart emc and left ruts all in my yard no where near the easement now I have ankle deep ruts from the tires and outriggers from their bucket truck and they can't follow simple directions and had they bothered to knock and ask instead of driving through my damn yard they could've used the road that runs through my field that I park a semi on everyday instead of on my yard. So now I have to go buy sand to fix and level my yard back out due to their ignorance! read more

Howwever, North American tree service was so reasonable, professional and fast. Due to recent storms I unfortunately needed them again. Once again, they sent Jason (certified arborist) and he reviewed things advising me of what did/didn't need doing. Not just trying to make a buck. Anything you can think doing with wood you can make it happen here. It's wood land for me. I bought and picked up 2yds of black mulch, which is the maximum amount that will fit into a 6-1/2' full-size pickup. The quality was great: no bark, leaves, or trash mixed in, and it had been double-ground. It rained before the mulch had dried so the color washed off into my yard. I called North American to let them know that the dye had not cured, and to advise future customers that they would need to protect the mulch from rain until it had fully dried (like paint). The manager apologized and gave me a free yard of mulch for my troubles. This isn't the cheapest mulch in town, but it is as good or better than the bagged stuff they sell at the home improvement warehouses. read more

We have been using North American Tree Service for probably twenty years or so. We have called upon them for emergency situations (middle of the night when a tree fell on our house during a storm), routine tree removal (several! We have had horses who love to eat the bark off trees thereby killing them), and taking down trees that simply die for no apparent reason. Their certified arborist, Jason Ellis Bramlett, is the nicest, most courteous and knowledgeable person with whom we deal at NATS. My wife and I feel honored to call him a friend as well as a professional who can wield a chainsaw with aplomb! I have a love/hate relationship with chainsaws myself, so I TOTALLY respect all the the guys who have come to our place throughout the years. Needed them twice recently. Two large bradford pears and one huge double trunk apple tree leaning over my fence. In both cases I spoke to Mitch and got a quote, they showed up to do the work led by Jordan and I got tired watching some real pros do great work. Ordered mulch from this company. Ordered 10 yards to be delivered. Was charged 300+ dollars. Requested a receipt to be sent with driver, that did not happen. Was told it would be sent. Woman that works in the office is not the nicest person. Delivery came and it was maybe a total of 4 yards. Called the company and needless to say they are going to give me 1 yard. So not sure about the remaining 5 yards I ordered and paid for. On top of that, I have to go get it and am now spending a second day on a one day job. Extremely disappointed read more

We had issues between the two of us, but the owner has contacted me and we are working things out! That speaks volumes about his company and ethics, I really hope we can come to an amicable solution! BOTTOM LINE, they threatened to do damaged to my house with my children there because I asked them to review the bill. Instead of reviewing and getting back to me they hire a lawyer... From day one I have told him I will pay what is owed once the bill is correct. He just wants to threaten my house and family, and pay for services not done. Don't worry all my neighbors know.. North American Service was able to cut lay tree down in a well cleared area away from home and other structures around our home! Big Savings with Them! They cut down a large dead tree and trimmed several others back so the branches didn't touch the house. Pros: salesman was knowledgeable and professional, crew did a great job cutting the tree down. Cons: had afternoon appt because it was supposed to rain that morning but at 7 AM crew was knocking on the door. Said sales should have ordered a lift for trimming and they would do the best they could. They yelled at each other a lot, then it started raining and they said they were done but trim work was obviously not finished so they decided to work in the rain and finish it. Will use them again if I need trees cut down because the cut down and clean up was great. Wished they had quit when the rain started and come back later with the trimming equipment they said they needed. read more

I spoke with a representative about adding dirt to a few places in my yard. She told me I was told I was purchasing dirt, instead, a load of red clay, lots of rocks and small bolders were delivered. I was paying for rocks! I had to pay the delivery fee and rejected order. read more
