Worked with Steve Reel, start to finish, along with other members of the team. Steve came out and figured out our problem, explained it well, and gave us an estimate (which they ended up beating when the work was finished.) The crew came out less than a week after I gave the go-ahead, and finished up in an afternoon. He came back a few days later and inspected it, and left the bill. Reasonable price for the amount of work they did. Easy to contact, easy to deal with, and no leaks.

Now the bituminous sheets are buckling because the decking wasn't replaced (we would have paid for this!) and water is leaking in again from the childish looking flashing job. Calling BW is infuriating because he kind of laughs at you and says he'll send someone out and, of course, no one ever does. I fixed the flashing along the back roof, and the gutter flashing. The buckling was a challenge, but managed to get it reasonably straightened out, though I'm sure the life of the roof is compromised. I recommend that you do not choose BW Roofing. It's not worth the aggravation.

When we called to utilize the 3-year warranty stated on the invoice, they argued with my husband that it was a burst pipe despite the fact that we were able to trace the leak back to said chimney. They finally agreed to come out and look at it but refused to give any better timeline than "Monday before 4pm" and tried to convince my husband that he didn't need to be home when they came out. All they did was sloppily throw white caulking over our dark flashing. It's still leaking, and now it looks terrible. Called again and they refuse to do anything about it. They are now saying they never worked on the chimney, and that we'd have to pay $350 more to have them repair it. Would never use this company again or recommend to anyone ever.
