As soon as I walked in, the staff were attentive to my arrival and extremely friendly. Shortly after arriving, I realized I left my insurance card at home {palm to forehead moment}. This didn't phase them in the slightest though and were happy for me to come back another day to settle up. That right there spoke volumes. As I was sitting down, a family walked out from the back, all smiles, happy and laughing as they exited. I took that as a really good sign! Soon I went to the patient room where they took X-rays and all the necessities done at a first appointment. They were quick, efficient, conversational, kind and open with every action. This is something I greatly appreciate! The hygienist also took the time to thoroughly explain the numbers she spouted off at the beginning of the exam with a visual diagram and a full overview of the condition of my teeth and things to look out for. Always a plus! I was in and out of there in under 1 hour! Well done Bupa, I was one happy customer. Keep up the good work!!

I was given the Email contacts of the dentists involved with me, I can contact them any time with questions and concerns. WOW! Just to have a tooth removed or cleaned I got headphones to listen to music of my choice while having the procedure. I forgot I was at the dentist. They have the latest modern technology, which makes it a fast and reliable diagnosis and treatment. My tooth was removed within minutes, pain free, because of the modern techology. I always felt safe in the hands of these dentists. I had my crowns done earlier, and I am considering a second major dental work now. I would not even consider other dentist, I trust Dr Ved 100% (and I am VERY picky when it comes about dentists). Absolutely highly recommended place to go for any dental work. We are new to Melbourne and needed a dentist. We are with Bupa and this dentist was running a new…read morepatient special so that there would be no gap payment. I am so glad I did! The dentist, Dr Damian, was thorough, gentle and extremely competent. His philosophy is to avoid drilling unless it's necessary, which is great! I had a sensitive spot on my tooth, which I was sure was a cavity. He took a photo (in addition to X-rays) and showed me that the sensitive spot was due to the fact that I had brushed away the enamel on that tooth! He recommended an electric toothbrush so I didn't put too much pressure on that tooth. Also he polished down an old filling that was too bulky and made it hard to floss - for free! No other dentist had offered to do that for me. I was so pleased, I booked my daughter in (they have TVs on the ceilings and a children's specialist for cleanings). My husband will be going as well. Basically the dentist is fantastic, the equipment is brand new, they are well set up for kids, and they are very reasonably priced. And you don't have to be a Bupa member.
