The fact that they usually charge a small fortune is yet another reason to avoid going to the dentist, however none of these issues are that relevant when considering Green Bay Dental. Green Bay Dental is dedicated to providing locals with all the dental services they require - with hygienists, orthodontists and dentists on hand - and are determined to do so for a reasonable price. These guys understand how difficult it can be to find both the time and the money one needs to properly take care of their teeth and gums, so try to make the entire process as easy, pain free and cost effective as possible. Not only is this mindset a huge bonus, but the staff at Green Bay Dental are also the nicest dentists and hygienists I've ever met. I recommend seeing Dr. Bruce Perrett, in particular. He is really friendly, pretty funny, works quickly and thoroughly and always has great artwork on the ceiling above his dentist chair. Surely there would be an uproar in the dental community if some upstart with a penchant for nitrous oxide started a business with a name like that - an army of orthodontists and hygeine technicians cutting down the sign with dentist drills is what I hope would be the outcome. That being said, The Dentists (aka dentalman) is a pretty good dentistry. The Dentist (or the DentalMan) is friendly enough and the staff are all very nice as you drool all over a pillow and they stare into your mouth. I try not to go to the dentists very often, but I just went for a check up and enjoyed my stay. They are quite pricy - I paid 380 for a check up , clean and getting two fillings put in - but I have no idea what a usual dentist price is. And lets face it, they can charge what they want really.

I also bought my Elizabeth Arden make up here, and the saleslady was absolutely magnificent. Then they decided to pull Elizabeth Arden make up. This is not the end of the world, but another saleswoman claimed EA was pulling out of NZ completely. I'm not sure if this was ignorance, or a cold hard lie, but I walked into Manukau Life Pharmacy, and they said they had no intention of stopping EA and it was thriving. As you can see, it's still all over NZ. Another time I tried getting a face cream without parabens in it - it's not a common ingredient I expect people on the street to know about, but for ladies selling cream, it's a must to know a common preservative that can contribute to skin problems, irritations and has been linked to breast cancer. Only one person knew about it. ONE. I won't buy any skin or make up products from here now. My advice to this sales team is better knowledge of your products goes a long way. For the prescriptions team: great job!
