Used to be a great place. Went for a cleaning and the hygienist was rude and in a rush. Though the clinic is updated they don't seem care about people anymore. I'd find a different dentist to go through. read more

The Dentist Office used to be family friendly and a great office that met all our needs. There's been a shift and despite my best efforts-- the office is rude and the women in the office won't help with question on my account. Instead they shut it down with issues that they plan to address in the future. The office manager is rude and instead of hearing my issue insists I'm wrong. I've used the dentist office for years, however, the way I was treated this year has driven me to shift my dental needs elsewhere. It's a shame that they respond to someone seeking understanding of the billing the way they did. I have insurance and the cost wasn't an issue-- I just had questions. read more

This was my first time going to The Dentist's Office. It was just for a routine cleaning but everything went very well. My hygienist was Shauna. She was a really nice lady. A huge conversationalist which is funny cause most of the time my mouth is open and can't really talk back but it was nice because I wasn't just laying there and focusing on all the scrapping and everything that most people don't like about going to the dentist. She would explain EVERYTHING she was doing and what everything means so I would fully understand. It had been awhile since I was able to get a cleaning due to COVID restrictions where I previously lived so she definitely had her work cut out for her. But she did a great job getting in there and cleaning my teeth. read more

Update from my appt last week which did not go well. Today was a great experience! Not even 3 minutes went by when I arrived that Julie at scheduling mentioned Shawna would be right with me, then a minute later Skylar promptly did my X-rays-then I was taken back with my cleaning with Shawna, after my cleaning I saw Dr Calderwell-I was impressed with each and everyone mentioned & I was out the door in 45 minutes! (My visit last week for a cleaning was 40 minutes & nothing was done-but like I said in last review- my previous dental visits had always been really good!) read more

Wonderful experience for our first visit. Our 9 yo daughter had her first visit today. Everything was great from the moment we walked in to our final consultation with the Orthodontist explanation with the treatment plan and financial quote. We will definitely continue our future appointments. Our daughter was nervous at first and hesitant, but was given such good care and explanation she felt great afterwards. My husband and I have been going to The Dentist Office in Fallon, NV for several years and I loved it until just recently. Customer service has suffered a little lately and I have had 2 incidents that were missed and this last one cost me a root canal out of pocket!! I had a panoramic X-ray done in Oct. 2019. Another plain X-ray in Dec 2019 with cleaning and complaints of tooth pain for a couple weeks (which I was told nothing seen just watch it), and came in again in May 2020 for same tooth pain. Dr. Johnson looked at panoramic X-ray as saw infection above that tooth showing up last Oct 2019 but because no complaints didn't look at X-ray in 3D so didn't see it! Now had 2 courses of antibiotics and a root canal. Similar incident a year before that!! My husband as well has had several incidents. I guess patients don't mean as much to them as they let you believe!! No More!! read more

Very glad to finally let people know about my very bad experience being literally victim of bad dentistry. Dr Henderson have done so much damage to my teeth that now after over 10 years I am still paying a lot of money for redoing his work and living with less and less teeth in my mouth because you can drill and grind so much before you have nothing left of your teeth. Besides of health damage I have to say about important fact that nobody in this office ever told me once for many years going there that they was not in network for my insurance at this time and I have overpaid outrages amount of money that I have worked very hard for. My ignorance and fault for not researching about it and protecting my finances and careless dishonesty on their part. Friendliness and sweetness can be very deceiving... It is very sad that such a nice smiley person can be that bad of a dentist. read more

I can't think of anything I dread more, than going to the dentist. If its for anything more than a routine cleaning you just don't know what you're in for. Tom is having some teeth filled today. We think a lot of our dentist, Dr. Smerdon. He is very caring, and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They care about your well being and health. Dr Henderson is the greatest!!! He is quick and to the point. The laser filling is the greatest thing esp. when you have fillings at like every visit. I had so much anxiety before my appointment thinking about being numbed and he didn't even have to numb with the laser machine. And he fixed another area that he noticed right then. Heard great things about this office from friends and let me tell you...they didn't disappoint! I had to call them with an emergency toothache and they rearranged everything to get me in, I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist and the doctor was so gentle and patient with me. I've been back several times now and have also brought my children in to see the pediatric side. read more

Made an appointment to get my front tooth chip fixed and when I showed up they didn't have me scheduled. One of the girls said she thought the other girl scheduled my appointment. I rescheduled for today and made the 45 minute drive, showed up early and they didn't have me scheduled me again!!!! I couldn't believe it. The front desk is incompetent and can't even manage a putting an appointment on the books. I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Think before you go. The front desk is very unprofessional and stuck up. I have struggled too keep my composure with them. It wasn't that way 12 years ago. This place was so nice and welcoming. They tend to forget who the customer is and how they get paid. I was a loyal patient for 12 years and I put up with the front desk for way long. The only person I will miss is my hygienist. She knows my teeth like no other and she treated me with respect as I do her! I will miss you Michelle. read more

The staff was all very friendly and very helpful. Jim was very accommodating since i don't have dental insurance and made sure there was no surprise in the price before any treatment was done.
