My mom however went in and she was yelled at her not to FaceTime, when all she was doing was calling me to see if I liked the purse (she did not FaceTime me, she sent a photo) not sure if anyone else has had this kind of issue, but everyone's I've been in she's been incredibly rude.

It's my favorite of all the resale clothing chains because you know what you buy will be clean, well organized, in style and in great condition. Probably 2/3 of my closet is from Clothes Mentor. The downside of this is that prices are high, so don't think for a minute that you're going to a thrift store. You're not. If you know your brands, that really helps because they can only set the price so high. Some of the cheaper brands, you actually can find stuff on sale in the retail store - but not often. I love designer purses and there is absolutely no better place to get them. Nothing even close. As for SELLING at CM - yes, I've done that too. I just make sure I'm taking in stuff that I REALLY don't want any more because they don't give you much. I think it's a much better store for buying than selling.

Their buyers are selective however as a shopper I do not need to dig. With their website you now can also shop online and get pickup or shipping. I watch their Facebook lives as things change fast enough that it helps to know new arrivals. Their very cool stuff sells quick!
