She treats her clients like imbeciles and it's an aggressive and unsettling experience to be asked to sign so she has no professional liability. Her favourite saying is 'I can't guarantee this, or that'. You have to sign to say she has full intellectual and moral rights to your photos and when I said I didn't want my photo on her website she said 'if you don't sign that I can't work with you'!!! Retouching may be necessary but you have to PAY for it! That's unbelievable - basically this woman will not accept liability for anything. 10% discount for cash shows she is promoting a black economy and is a poor reflection of the type of tax avoiding business she is running. All in all a horrible experience and it's a poor reflection of her lack of professional business acumen. Oh and I noticed some dirt under one of her nails, I definitely dodged a bullet there!
