I told him the history and struggles to breath for years. He only looked up in my nose. No X-ray and refused help. I left mad and another dr has since done X-rays and did the surgery. She told me "He is on his way" I asked if he started at 8am? She said "SIR, HE IS ON HIS WAY. Really, How dare I question when the Doctor would show up to work. She told me he might be in traffic he is coming from far away. I told her perhaps he should leave earlier. I canceled my appointment and left. He is not the only Dr on the coast. He apparently doesn't care about wasting the time of his patients. I find this typical of many Doctors, I strongly urge everyone to vote with their feet and leave. The Doctor did call to apologize and I appreciate that he even saw me pulling out of the parking lot but the receptionist was so borderline rude and the fact is it is the offices policy to overbook and the Doctor comes when he feels like it. Today he was only 15 minutes late but that is just not acceptable. I will go elsewhere. I stopped flying American Airlines.... Bankrupt I quit buying crummy american made cars ... backrupt. All of the staff was incredibly down to earth and friendly. Dr. Milan is a phenomenal doctor. One of the things that makes a great doctor is their ability to listen to their patients (which I have found severely lacking in the area). She doesn't type or write while you're talking, she listens and engages and cares and learns to understand your situation. Having seen many doctors on the west coast in metropolitan cities, I firmly believe that I will come to learn even more that she is one of the top best doctors in Ocean Springs, and the gulf coast of Mississippi. I only came in for a B12 shot and he's going on about how he thinks they are a placebo and that if he were my GP he'd have me tested for anemia and then goes on about since I menstrate it's probably anemia. For what little they did, even with BCBS insurance, it was a pricey visit and took too long.
