On that day my younger daughter called me and told me her babysitters road had been flooded and she could not get my 1 year old grandson there and she had to work, I called Bridges and explained what happened and they charged my card 50 percent of the card. This was so unforeseen and they did not take into consideration what happened! So I will go get some merchandise with my 75 dollars I have left so they take no more but will tell my family not to ever get me anything from their facility again. I also went there other times on my own.

No more communication letters or phone calls. One 8/24/20 I receive a letter from a Collections company saying I owe $18.67. I verified and confirmed it was paid via American Express. Never again will I do business with this administrative charlie foxtrot. No excuse for not reaching out to me IF you think a bill was not paid. Turning me over to a Collections group is unacceptable. You lost 2 patients for life! No, I won't put you out of business but I will tell everyone of you ignorance.

The lady that did her mani pedi didn't really speak much English so the nail tech that was doing my nails explained to her in detail what she wanted. We both got our pedicures and moved on to the nail technicians stations. My daughter and I were not seated together so when I finished my gel manicure I walked over and noticed that my daughter's nails were not French manicure. She is only 16 and wasn't really sure of the process. Well, we were told it was too late to go back and she needed to continue with the solid pink nails. My daughter was so disappointed. I was a little heart broken for her seeing her upset. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that I'm not so sure they are using clean equipment. I didn't see any sterilization and no one opened any new packaging.
