I loved everything about my experience and Jody is amazing. She takes the time to go over everything with you and the wait is only maybe 5 minutes I would have like to know about other services they offer also but the front desk person was the phone. There was no flyer and the website is a little outdated. No worries. Great people, fantastic experience. A consult is $50 and if your initial visit is on Wednesday, they can start the service you choose the day of your consult and visit are typically every 4 -6 weeks.

My appointment was to see Dr Le, he is at this facility My appointment was at 7:30am . As the…read moreoffice began to fill up I asked the receptionist if the Doctor had arrived. She told me "He is on his way" I asked if he started at 8am? She said "SIR, HE IS ON HIS WAY. Really, How dare I question when the Doctor would show up to work. She told me he might be in traffic he is coming from far away. I told her perhaps he should leave earlier. I canceled my appointment and left. He is not the only Dr on the coast. He apparently doesn't care about wasting the time of his patients. I find this typical of many Doctors, I strongly urge everyone to vote with their feet and leave. The Doctor did call to apologize and I appreciate that he even saw me pulling out of the parking lot but the receptionist was so borderline rude and the fact is it is the offices policy to overbook and the Doctor comes when he feels like it. Today he was only 15 minutes late but that is just not acceptable. I will go elsewhere. I stopped flying American Airlines.... Bankrupt I quit buying crummy american made cars ... backrupt. Become the silent majority and do not tolerate being treated poorly.
