You can certainly see that she was not very skilled at doing this surgery' Also, I paid cash up front for this and later my insurance sent me papers showing he charged them $10,000 for a large breast reduction. I called his office and spoke with him and he said his office personnel must have accidently done this charge. He never corrected this! And he also did not reduce my breast at all! It was my first time coming in, and i thought i couldnt be seen but when i called in Sidney got me scheduled for the same day "AMAZING SERVICE"! She reassured me of how everything would go and even went over some of the options the Dr. might have for me! I had a dent in my cheek from an acne scar that had started to get worse due to me personally doing everything possible to make it worse thinking im a dermatologist, but i explained that to her when i called in and she scheduled me right away! The visit went just as well! Gabby is also AMAZING and well informed and made me feel comfortable about the procedure before the Dr. came in. She is very friendly and made the visit much easier! Dr. Hickman is beyond professional and efficient! When i tell you i had zero pain during this procedure i am not lying.. i would not even give it a 1 on the pain scale. ( the procedure i had done was filler to help fill the scar and lift the skin and overtime potentially help collagen start building back in the area) I am no longer ugly and back to normal. Got to the office at 8:25, assuming they were open already and since my son was a new patient I wanted to make sure we got everything taken care of. Door is locked, go back to the car and check online, they open at 8:30. Fine, no big deal. 8:32 comes, get out of the car again, door is still locked. Our appointment is in 8 minutes. So we stand outside, in the 27 degree weather and proceed to wait another 3 minutes before the receptionist pulls. She sees we have been standing there, no apology or anything for clearly being late. We get in the office, it takes another 5 minutes for her computer to get up and running. She checks us in. Then, we continue to wait for almost 10 additional minutes. She calls me back up to the desk and says "did you book your appointment online?" I said yes. She says "well it's my boss' fault, but the provider can't see you because she only sees children 9 and up. It's my boss' fault." I ask if there is another provider that sees children younger than 9. She says yes but we can't be seen until Thursday. And again tells me this is her boss' fault. No apology or anything, just interested in blaming her boss. First off, how completely UNPROFESSIONAL to respond that way. Second, overall horrible experience. I will never come back here.

I asked him about several "suspicious" places that I was concerned about, and he just "blew me off". I even asked him if he was "sure", and he acted annoyed that I questioned him on this. I did see another dermatologist after that visit, and those places were indeed pre-cancerous. And yes, the billing was a mess as well. There were two different sites that they wanted you to pay on, and it was hard to determine if I was actually paying "their" bill.
