I was not at all happy with my botox experience with them. A month after the treatment you couldn't tell I had it done. When I called I was told that effective time varied person to person. Because of having had treatment at another facility a few times prior; I know it should last a lot longer. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

I was not impressed. I'm new to the area and looking for a medspa. I called to ask a few questions. I spoke with the front office manager Kathleen that seem irritated when I stated I was new to the area and had a few questions. She allowed a long paused, sighed into the phone,and stated she can try to answer your question. I found the interaction very rude. I then asked is she was busy and shall I phone back. She then answered she was busy, but will try to answer questions. I decided then I would not using this medspa. The front office is the face of business. Of the three times I had botox from here I was only happy with one time. The first time. The second time she injected my forehead way too high and my lines never went away. Pretty disappointed since I had the procedure done before my wedding. When I went back the third time I explained that I wasn't happy with the previous injections because it was placed too high she said she understood but then proceeded to inject them again in the same exact spot. Once again my lines did not go away. I wont be using the services here again. read more

I was happy with the settings and staff at this facility. I previously used a Groupon for a visit. I purchased another Groupon for a subsequent visit, and called for an appt. and found out that Groupon is only allowed to be used once for this facility. Groupon coupons mention that only one coupon is allowed per customer. The company, however, sees that statement as meaning "forever". I simply think that if that is the case, it should be mentioned at the first visit in writing. They will accept the Groupon as partial payment for a subsequent visit, but the procedure will still be charged at full price. read more

Godiva Has had the same offer on Groupon for at least 2 years. I purchased my Groupon Voucher April 2013, I made my appt in June of 2013 and had recently found out I was pregnant, the day before my appointment. The disclaimer asks if your pregnant and if so, it is not recommend, unless medically necessary. I informed the lady at the desk, whom I found out, was also the owner, that I was pregnant and the owner said that it would be fine to do, however it was up to me. The owner also performs the procedure. I decided, I did not want to expose my baby to it, not knowing side effects. The owner said she would mark as redeemed and I could come back after my baby was born. I delivered my son in Jan 15 and did not actually use until the first of June of 15, ( I breastfed my son, it is also, not recommend to use, while breastfeeding). I was very impressed that the owner stood by her word and honored my Groupon after being expired for a year and a half. I asked if I would be able to purchase another Groupon to use again, after my session, because I noticed that it was still ongoing, over a year and a half later. The owner advised me, that I could not. The Groupon price-were for new customers only. I actually had intentions of going back and paying full price, because I liked the atmosphere, and especially how the owner stood by her word, however I would schedule when I was ready for my next session. We had just moved to the area. I am glad that I did not purchase a second voucher, because by the end of June, I noticed that it still looked the same. I had not seen results. When I have procedures done, I take daily pics, until I notice a difference and then weekly, until, I see full results. I understand it can take a few weeks to see full results. I called the owner to let her know that I did not see results, she was not very pleasant on the phone, when she asked me to come back and let her look at it. I understand that people may have a bad day, however when I told her my name, she acted like she was inconvenienced by my call. I understand she went above and beyond, by holding my Groupon, however she could have refunded it and I could have came back after I had my baby. By her tone, I decided at that time, I would have my dermatologist look at it first, he also agreed it did not look different from the photos I showed him, at that time I decided to have my dermatologist do the procedure. During conversation he mentioned that sometimes some places will cut the Botox with sterile water, and the client will only receive half the Botox. I am not accusing the owner of this, however, when my dermatologist did my injections he brought out a small unopened bottle and used the full bottle on my forehead. It looks amazing, still after 7 months. After my conversation with my dermatologist, one thing stood out in my mind, I did notice that the owner of Godiva had a open bottle on the counter that was half way full and a lot larger than my dermatologists bottle. I was in the waiting room, while she performed Botox on another client. Before I was called back the room was cleaned and She did use a new needle, while drawing up the solution and injecting my forehead, and everything was sterile, however after seeing a half open larger bottle she drew from and the small single use bottle my dermatologist used, raised questions in my mind. In absolutely no way, am I accusing the owner of cutting the solution. The establishment was very clean and she was very sanitary. She used one needle only and once she used it on me, she did not put it back in the solution and she properly disposed of the needle. She may just buy in bulk and it does not work as well as my dermatologist. It also may not have worked as well as my dermatologist because I had just had a baby when I went to Godiva and had recently stopped breastfeeding, it is possible my hormones were out of whack. I saw the dermatologist almost 2 months later. Godiva did seem to have regulars, that were very happy. I honestly do not believe that the owner seemed to be the type of person to dilute the solution, because she was extremely honest with me. The owner had marked my Groupon as redeemed and honored it over a year later. She could have said that I had used it. I would honestly give Godiva another chance, at the Groupon rate, because it may have just been my hormones from having a baby, however I would not pay full price, unless I saw the same results as I see with my dermatologist, who is in Cincinnati. I also understand that the Groupon is for new clients, because the business is doing a service for a discounted price already. The reason that I even took the time today to write this review, is because every time that I look at local deals I see the same Groupon for Godiva. read more

This facility changes previously arranged appointment times, causing no show. No shows cost a client a full session, so they are taking clients money. When contested the front desk staff argues with you (demanding prove it) in an unprofessional manner, and when you ask them to leave you alone, they ignore that request and harrasse you further until the only other option is for you to leave. If you think talking to management will help, you are wrong. They only listen to the harassing staff, you as the client that has spent a GREAT deal of money at Godiva is dismissed. Do Not go to Godiva, this company treats its clients terribly!! There are many other laser locations close to this place. There is NO reason to put yourself through this! read more

I had been going here for a year and a half for Botox. I thought it was great UNTIL I went to Pure MD at the Greene. Dawn at Godiva recommended 40 Units, so I did that twice (Mind you I had a couple forehead creases and 2 lines in between my brow). I thought maybe that was a little much, even though I was happy with the results, so 3rd time I decreased to 30. Not bad results, but not great. Went to Pure MD last month just out of convenience and WOW! I had been getting completely CHEATED AND ROBBED!!! 1. Dawn at Godiva did not draw it up in front of me like Pure MD did, so I could see exactly what I was paying for. 2. Pure MD recommended 20-25 Units NOT the 40 Dawn at Godiva always said I needed for optimal results. My results with Pure MD were amazing and even surpassed my initial 40 unit results with Dawn at Godiva. Dawn at Godiva is UNTRUSTWORTHY and a total RIP OFF!!! Completely took advantage of my lack of knowledge (As I am not a medical professional), and my pocketbook. I would NEVER recommend Dawn at Godiva. RUN!!! read more
