Super cool cafe with a lot of outlets and good wifi... Also xbox to play if you need a break from your work. I am not sure if this is a Microsoft exhibit or a Microsoft restaurant. On the other hand, it can be a Microsoft alliance with a restaurant. Anyways! You can purchase a Microsoft product at the same time you eat your lunch. They are short in variety. They offer per day a salad, a pasta and a dish. I got a Salad, which it was good but I was regretful because it was full of bread. Not really a salad. It was more of cruton with a few tomatoes and a bit of lettuce with corn. Alternatively, the pasta was a real deal. For 6,80 Euros the price was great and very tasty. Signing in my yelp app, they gave me a espresso for free. Good deal. read more

I stopped here because it was cold outside and children needed to rest a bit during our Berlin exploration. What an interesting concept here. Inside it looks like Microsoft owns the place. Their tablets and netbooks are everywhere, good WI-FI needn't to be mentioned. Anyway, this is a nice play to have a coffee, tea, light snack or a muffin. Despite the technology edge, the interior is cozy, inviting and kid-friendly. Only when leaving I noticed they offer a special for the yelp crowd (free espresso). Ops, next time, perhaps. Stopped into Digital Eatery in honor of Berlin Coffee Week! We were very excited and I got an espresso on the house due to the event and Yelp check in! The espresso tasted good and was average in strength. I've had better elsewhere but this was strong enough to give me a boost so it got the job done. It is in a central location that may attract many tourists (including myself) so be forewarned. The cafe is sponsored by Microsoft, and seemed like a great place to connect and work as there were many people on their laptops. With quick efficient service, I'd go back to try the food and work on my laptop if I was looking for that type of vibe and environment. If you are looking for more coffee flavors and a relaxed setting, I'd go elsewhere. read more

This is a spacious and thoroughly pleasant place to while away some time. I hopped onto the TXL bus at Tegel Airport and by simple good luck stopped off pretty much outside the Eatery before heading to my hotel 'somewhere close by'. I needed a coffee and to find my bearings as my phone was only accessing a dodgy 2G signal making Maps a royal PITA and I didn't have a paper map - too tied to the tech and the tech wasn't helping! It's always embarrassing for me being a Britisher overseas. So many of us are pretty ignorant of other languages. I am especially terrible and have no excuse given I lived near Munich for 6 months when I was 20 or so. But my mild anxiety instantly disappeared when my 'sprechen Sie Englisch' question was answered with a big smile and a 'yes, of course, welcome'. This is a friendly spot for sure. So I enjoyed a very nice flat white, logged on to the free wifi and charted my next course, sorted my emails and generally took in the colours and all the Microsoft stuffs. A couple of staff guys were setting up a 3D demo which looked like fun. Highly recommended as a work space, to waste your time messing around with stuff, to scoff something sweet or savoury, or to just chill and catch your breath on the busy Unter den Linden. read more

I had no idea what to expect when I came in. They have a few sandwiches and cakes but it is a Microsoft store. I had a nice coffee. I think the highlight is plenty of comfortable seating in a really convenient location. Strange cafe/bar by Microsoft. I'm not sure if it's a permanent spot. It's kind of an awkward place actually. I had a cheesecake and an Americano - both of which were fine. However, there's product placement scattered throughout the whole place. Folk playing videogames on the Xbox and checking their Facebook on one of the public Surface tablets they have around. I think for a lousy and touristy street as Unter den Linden this is as good as it will get. read more

Interesting coffee shop and concept. Good coffee and food. Was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

Not sure what this place is trying to be. It's obviously promoting Microsoft products and they hold different tech events here, but the ambiance doesn't quite achieve the cool tech place you can casually hang out in feel that other spaces have. A lunch time special including a salad and drink went for 9 euro which is a bit pricey. There is a also a small selection of cakes to go with the coffee. The free wifi is fast and reliable so if you want to grab a table and get some work done you can get through a bit but I didn't find a lot of power available. read more

I went for a light post lunch munching. I was surprised that the internet was the fastest I ever had in Germany (who could tell I have lower than 2G at a 4.5 stars hotel?) Though muffin and coffee are are somewhat below average but who cares as everyone seems to be fueled by Internet now. They provide interesting workshop and decorated with 3D printers and $4000 surface studio computer and uncountable USB/electric outlets. I will go back to have a breakie as I am so fed up with the hotel's "lofi"! read more

It's an interesting concept, blends a showroom with a coffee shop. The interior is nice, the food less so.

Great Wifi. Fastest i've experienced in the city. Friendly service and pretty awesome for work meetings if you have kids and need them to be occupied since the have some gaming consoles, I think an xbox and a playstation? Didn't take a good look but either way cool addition. They also have tablets chained to some seating areas where you can check your email, surf the web, etc. The staff is friendly and the food's great- they also have a juice bar :) It's never too crowded to get a seat but it does get a little busy around lunchtime. read more

Stopped here for an afternoon coffee and only have good things to say. Nice cappuccino at descent Berlin prices, staff speak english well which was great for me. Large selection of hot food, sandwiches, daily specials for lunch- but I didn't eat. The space is very large, it seems to be geared towards longer staying customers that's are working with groups or individually on laptops. Large windows let in a lot of light, and it's a simply pleasant atmosphere! read more
