tl;dr DON'T go to this store unless you want to be left with a worse phone then what you started…read morewith and so much money wasted. I would give them 0.5 stars. The first time I visited this place, the man was nice and was able to fix my broken phone screen in about 2 hours time. After a while, I noticed a problem with the proximity sensor when I called people and tried to make voice notes. This is because the manager placed the screen on my phone the wrong way. It was very frustrating having to go back and have him fix HIS own mistake with my phone, and in the process, he proceeded to BREAK the screen while fixing it. He didn't seem remorseful and asked me to come back the next day to fix it once again, not taking into account the amount of gas money I had wasted going back and forth to his shop. After finally fixing it the right way (something he should have done the first time) I was able to use the phone with no problems. Fast Forward to now, a month after the phone was fixed, ANOTHER problem arose. My phone started showing green beams after I would turn it off, it progressively got worse until I wasn't even able to use the phone anymore.. Y'all can imagine how angry I was at this point. To put the cherry on top, I called the shop, told them what was going on and was told that I could come in 3-4 days to have it fixed. 3 days pass, I call them and they say the piece had not arrived yet and that I would get a call tomorrow morning(today). I got no call so I had to call back myself today and ask what was going on. I got an answer that I wouldn't be able to get my phone fixed for another 4 DAYS because they didn't have the piece yet. Now I'm left with an unusable phone and a furious mood. This could all have been avoided if they weren't so clumsy with my phone and got it right the first time. Calling it a "one-stop full repair company" has to be the furthest thing from the truth.

I dropped off my phone and went shopping around the Goodwill nearby. About 30 minutes later I came back and he said it may have been dusty and cleaned it off for me. He did it free of charge! He also showed me that it may have been dented and showed me how tilting the charging cord slightly allowed my phone to charge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there
