    Broken door that has been this way for weeks

    It's sad to see the bad ratings and tenants experiences not be taken seriously. Apparently, things won't change. My neighbor and I had to call the police 3 times in a 2 week period here because of domestic abuse in our building. The courtesy officer never called back. Finally the police officer told me to contact corporate and Erica and Bianca both were refusing to give me corporates number. And when I shared my child and I's experience here they never even apologized and asked how they could make our experience safer and better. They don't care. They just care about money. The maintenance takes forever fixing things and sometimes doesn't fix things the right way. The poo prints program is a joke considering most days there is poop in the grass everywhere. The gate doesn't ever work. So many things I could say about this place. Very disappointing and they just don't care. They don't care about the apartment "community". One of the times we had to call 911 was a woman was busting a door and car windshield. The management has yet to fix the door and it looks terrible. It's been WEEKS of this door not being replaced.

    Drywall caving in

    Horrible place to live, they pick and choose who they want to "hold accountable" for things gone wrong. Parking in the street and not in spots. Ticketing certain vehicles. Letting people leave unregistered and non driveable vehicles for Atleast a year and more. They don't monitor back section of apartments so cigarette butts trash on porches trash from people being outside etc go unnoticed and not taken care of. Maintenance can not stay on track (if it works while I'm there it's not broken) Drives the gator through grass during and after heavy rainfall leaving muddy ruts everywhere. The apartments flood on first floor every single one and nothing has been done about it and the "non emergency" number for problems doesn't work either and no one will respond. Half of office staff is rude and unprofessional. Consistently not answering emails or phones and accusing them of not being sent or "lost" then found later as if they weren't there to begin with. They try to give out as many fines as possible to accumulate money. Second floor apartments with floors caving in Drywall mud not sticking uneven floor boards and counter tops the list goes on.

    Only dumpster in the complex. Residents rather leave trash all over the property than in the compactor.

    THEY BLOCKED ME FOR POSTING JUST A SCREENSHOT ***Photos will be posted on YELP. **DO NOT MOVE HERE. Listen to all the reviews! Moving here has been a disaster from day one. Let's start with the most recent. Everyone has complained about parking, it's so bad everyone parks in handicapped spots, curbs or firelanes and the complex responded by saying they're going to start adding parking permit stickers and making firelanes. They will be fining tenants if they don't follow their policy. They have about 40 spaces for a ~200 unit building! You want to charge us because you messed up and didn't provide sufficient parking for 200 units? You have made it into a bigger problem. Everyone parked here lives here! A sticker isn't going to solve anything and taking away the curb is making the problem worse because now there won't be a single place to park. You expect us to park a mile away? The people on building 8 are the most disgusting people I've had the displeasure of living with. They leave their dog shit INSIDE of the building! You can't walk on the grass without stepping in dog crap. They leave their fast food bags and cups in the parking lot as if they've never heard of a trash can. This is supposed to be a non smoking apt and I've seen so many people smoking and throwing their cigarettes on the ground! The complex does nothing about any of this! Yet they are strict like you aren't allowed to put a bike on your own balcony or they'll fine you. But it's okay that no one picks up after themselves. You have to pay extra a month to store your bike in their storage room. They will circle around the parking lots looking for something to fine you on but they can't even clean up their own company. Staff is rude and useless! Before I moved in I had to deal with unprofessionalism from Ellie who had no idea what she was doing. She didn't know how to answer any of the questions I had about simple apt information. I called once and she yelled at me! How can you be so rude to a future tenant!? Maintenance will blame you for things they didn't do right the first time. Not to mention they half ass everything when they finally show up. The building was 6 MONTHS behind during construction so they just slapped everything together. The cabinets weren't put in right so they touch the appliances and don't open the way they should. For this complex to be only 2 years old it looks like crap! Imagine what it will be like in 3 years it will be like those 30 year old apartments. People leave beer boxes in the elevator! Someone left orange slices in the ceiling that have been there for months and they haven't removed them. There has been a giant white stain in the corner for 5 months now. The walls are literally paper thin that I'm scared to hang stuff on the walls because I think the wall will just collapse. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Don't let the the pretty looks fool you, before even moving in everything has been a complete nightmare! They promise a lot when you're looking but once you sign they claim they didn't and won't do anything after. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I heard the springs are nice might go there after my Lease is up (Like another reviewer they tried blocked me on another account for posting the truth about them. There was no vulgar language in the first photo. It was merely a screenshot of their email and they immediately removed it and blocked me)

    I have a been living at Foutain Lake for 2 years. This the worst apartment complex to rent with…read more Allow me to go over our problems we have had. In our first year, our car was broken into. It's not the apartments fault, but they refused to offer help in the police report. They have video cameras outside the complex, but they don't work, it's more of a scare tactic. we asked for a 10-day extension on rent so that we could recover belongings and repair the car windows, but they refused and said they would evict us if the payment wasn't made in time. They didn't even apologize or care about the break in and how it affected us. From that point, I did not want to renew. But with our finances, we didn't have the opportunity to apply elsewhere, or gather money for deposits, etc. This was the beginning of felling trapped with nowhere to go and forced to stay with poor service. Now in our second year at the apartment, we had had additional problems. In February we started to notice black mold growing around our living room outlet. We put in work orders, but the only thing done was painting over the black mold and outlet. That does not take care of the problem!! They refuse to complete work orders professionally. A couple weeks later, my wife and I got pregnant and submitted the same work order. We asked for it to be done professionally, but the same thing was done. Only painted over but this time, a new outlet was installed. It hid the fact that they just paint over messes. We eventually paid our own money for this to be completed. I couldn't live in it anymore with a pregnant wife and was taken back about the lack of service we were receiving. Couple months go by. This summer, we returned home from vacation to our DRYER completely filled with water. They tried to blame me but after getting several estimates and PROFESSIONAL maintenance companies to look over the issue, on my dime once again, they replaced our dryer. Brand new and shinny, but still, so frustrating it gets to that point. They offer no help and give poor service. We asked what a buy out on rent would look like. They don't have that option. You are locked in for the full term. We had 6 months remaining, and if we wanted to leave, we would have to pay all 6 months. No 60-day notice or buy out options. On the lease agreement, they advise to approach them with problems or if you ever need anything. They make it seem like they want to help, but they don't. The final straw. I was supposed to be paid on Halloween but my boss did not complete payroll until November 3rd. I asked for the late fee to be removed since I did not receive my check in time. They said no. Do not rent with any caseusa apartment or duplex. They are the worst.
