And she was supposed to connect with me today. All day I didn't hear from her. No explanation . No text . And when I called to inquire what was going on, she chose to not answer. She didn't even have the courtesy to let me know and now I have a deadline and I'm left in limbo. The unprofessional and unethical manner she handled this left me in a very bad position , with no way to get the documents I needed in time to be filed. Totally harmed me and didn't have the decency to call. I am very disappointed and can't believe someone in a professional position would do this and harm someone , especially knowing I was in a time crunch. She then sent me a text after my review, threatening me. I wrote back that I have the right to write a review of my experience. I would be very cautious in using this business for anything.
