He saw my government badge, and called me by my last name "Mr Miller." Mr Gursimar, welcomed me to the back of the store, where refrigerators are kept and sold. There he asked what I was looking for: Make / Brand / Model / Cost. I informed him of my current fridge's measurements; and showed him a photo of its dimensions. He then validated the one I wished to purchase. Mr Gursimar went over the the mathematics twice, to verify that it would fit properly in my home. Mr Gursimar asked my address and what kind of house I lived in. We then set a date for delivery, and the disposal of my old refrigerators. Afterwards, he went over everything I needed to know and then walked me through the buying process. Mr Gursimar made it fun and easy to purchase our new fridge! He explained the receipt to me and made sure I understood it. Mr Gursimar highlighted with a pen, all of the important notes on the receipt: Day / date of delivery, "two haul a ways," and water hookup. Due to Mr Gursimar expertise, I purchased what I needed for about $2400 (round #) and I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. He's the best! And I applaud his impeccable service. However, when I called the Rockville store, they said they had the TV AND promised to deliver and set it up on the following day. I was delighted and made the purchase. The installation team called me early the next morning to provide a delivery window and arrived within the window. Spent 4.25K, and they price-matched. The customer service at the time was excellent, and I felt like if anything went wrong with the TV, they'd have our back, unlike big box stores. Four months later, the TV won't turn on right in time for the holidays. While searching online for a solution, I realized there is a massive problem with the 77-inch Samsungs, especially the S95D (Best Buy said two of them died on their showroom floor). There is enough of a problem that a class action investigation is underway (link below). When I went to the store, the manager greeted me with "I saw your email," and yes, my email was angry. What else would you expect? You sold me an item that literally is a lemon. All the goodwill, and we're locally owned blah blah went out the door, and it's basically - hey, nothing we can do - sorry you're irrational. I was also told, Hey, we've never had any customers with multiple issues with the One Connect Box, so of course you'll find that when you search for it! It was the most flippant attitude I could have gotten, and it's OBVIOUS there is an issue with these 77-inch Samsungs, yet instead of just being transparent, they said, "We ran it up the flagpole." As an authorized Samsung dealer, I'd hope they'd have more pull to help their clients. I will never purchase an item from here again, and I recommend you never get a Samsung with a One Connect Box - they will break within 3-4 months. You might as well go to Best Buy, Costco or whatever beacuse in the end there is no power as a consumer at any of these places, and these guy's will say sorry, file a ticket with Samsung and then it's on you from there. From scheduling with Aaron to getting clear and timely information from Chris to Hector taking the extra time to walk us through the phone app setup, the entire experience was seamless. That level of service is exactly why we came back. If you're in the market for a dashcam and want to make sure it's installed properly and set up correctly, this is the place to go. On two different occasions did my car get broken into, first time my window, second my door handle. The second time was far more detrimental as I had pretty much 2-3k worth of audio equipment stolen. After that I knew it was enough. Absolute Electronix saved me the worry of having my car broken into for the third time. I asked for their best security system earlier last week, and within the same week on Friday I dropped my car off in the morning and about 4 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up I was showed the key details of my new system and how it seamlessly works with my old fob. I was always iffy about these aftermarket systems up until I saw it for myself how much I was missing out. I've lived in this area my whole life, and I will continue to do so knowing this business will stay. I know and forever will be grateful for Ata and his hardworking team

I had a small budget for something temporary so I purchased a Pioneer unit on Amazon. Afterwards, I contacted Hot Tint in May 2022. They responded to me that day and told me to stop by the shop. I made an appointment for later that week. When I arrived, I asked them to install the unit and a backup camera. I can't recall how much time it took but it was done in a reasonable amount of time and I'm happy with their service. I called a few other shops around this time. A couple had other projects and couldn't get to me for a few months. A couple of others didn't want to touch the van because of its age, manufactured in 1989. Hot Tint was straight-forward. They said let them see what I have and they'll let me know if they could use what I had or needed something else. I appreciate that approach. I did have a couple of problems but they were responsive. While driving home, my radio rebooted twice. The cable came loose so they told me to return to the shop so that they could fix it. The second is my clock resets to 12:00 every time the vehicle is restarted. They told me to bring it by so that they can fix it but I haven't. I'm rarely on the screen to see the time and just had other priorities. I mention these items to show that they were responsive and willing to troubleshoot the problem. I rate them high also because there are many mechanics and technicians who can work on a classic vehicle but refuse to do so. There are a handful like Hot Tint that jumps right in and do the job. I'm finally ready to add an amp and subwoofer so I will be contacting them again soon.

I was happy to schedule tinting and a remote start installation. Unfortunately, my experience walking through the door this time was immediately negative. I understand I was 39 minutes late, but the front desk representative repeatedly emphasized how important their time was, without considering other factors like traffic. The constant badgering made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. Ultimately, I decided to leave because the interaction didn't feel respectful or customer-focused. This is not the best way to treat a returning client who has had positive experiences before.
