Most of my frustration and tears stem from not being given an opportunity to provide enough information over the phone for anybody to take me seriously; also people assuming that I don't know what I'm talking about before I get a chance to explain my situation in enough depth to actually get anywhere. That being said it truly restored my hopes speaking to Sarah Browning for over an hour yesterday in regards to my situation. At no point did she try to rush me off the phone, or make me feel like my concerns were not valid. She really took the time to listen. Although there might not be much she could do from her position, she went out of her way to provide me with advice on where else to search for answers and gave me hope. Toady I called them and was 66 minutes waiting... imagine. now they called me and I am on hold bec am first in line, and that was over 9 minutes ago. partnership must not offer transportation because they only provide problems, not reimbursing properly and have staff writing not true letters to explain themselves like Kailey.
