I explained my pup needed his nails cut and shared with them that I've had bad experiences at petsmart. They took him over to the table and trimmed his nails and checked his ears. They said petsmart also failed to clean/pluck his ears! So I asked them to go ahead and do so. I had a great experience, they seem to really care about the health and well-being of their furry customers. They also give ur pup a little treat bag at the end of their visit.
