I have tried every other doggie daycare in the area, and I can confidently say that Camp Bow Wow is…read morethe ONLY one worth sending your fur baby to. I have been taking my dog, Hudson, here for almost three years now, and he absolutely loves it. I can tell the staff genuinely loves him too. He's a bit rambunctious, so I always worry he might be too much, but they always reassure me that he's doing just fine, lol. He gets so excited every time we pull up, and he always comes home happy and full of zoomies before passing out from exhaustion. Hudson has a chicken allergy, and they are great about letting me know what's in the treats. They also have no problem feeding him the food I send with him, and they always let me know if he finished his dinner or not so I know to fed him when I get home. I've boarded him overnight there two or three times as well, and every experience has been pleasant. I've never had any issues and always feel confident that he's in good hands. The facility is very clean, and Hudson never comes home smelling like he's been around other dogs all day, which is a huge plus. The owner, Roman, is incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and always takes the time to answer my questions. I also love being able to check in on the cameras and see firsthand how well they care for my baby. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and caring place for their dog. I always feel comfortable leaving Hudson there for the day and know he's having the best time

I came back at 6:32 and was charged and extra $32 for a full day. I called to dispute and Roman(?) apathetically told me they will not refund my money due to miscommunication on their end and feel free to write a one star review. I will no longer be bringing my dogs to this location.

When my previous cat sitter announced that she would no longer be serving my area, I was at a loss…read moreas to how I could ever find someone I trusted as much with the care of my cats. Thankfully, I found Ronni. Recently, I had to travel overseas for a week and to say that I was stressed about leaving my cats at home would be an understatement, but my experience with Ronni quickly put all my fears to rest. Prior to my trip, Ronni came to my home for a comprehensive consultation at which time it became clear that she was a true cat lover in the best sense of the phrase. During the consult, Ronni addressed all of my questions and brought up several of her own that I hadn't even considered. Her careful attention to detail and genuine concern for the wellbeing of my cats was refreshing to say the very least. She also used the time to get acquainted with my cats and ensure that they were comfortable in her presence, another aspect of her service which I truly appreciated. While I was away, Ronni checked in daily with thoughtful, detailed messages letting me know how my cats were doing, accompanied by adorable photos and videos. Whereas some sitters are the type to dash and run, stopping in only briefly to check in on food/water/litter, Ronni went the extra mile, staying on for an extended period of time each visit to play with the cats and ensure that they were never lonely and got plenty of TLC while I was away. Thanks to Ronni, I was able to truly enjoy my vacation knowing all the while that my cats were in her kind and capable hands. For this, I cannot thank her enough.

I…read moreusually spend my entire trip worrying about my three furries, and wondering if whoever I've left to care for them will actually spend time with them or just run in, feed them, clean the box and leave without making sure they're all ok. Paranoid? Yes, but these are my babies. As soon as I met Ronni, during our consultation appointment, I had a good feeling about her, but it wasn't until my husband and my first night in Kauai that I realized I could finally take a vacation. Ronni left me a voicemail, as she did every night until our return, giving us a detailed update on how our kitties were doing, complete with hilarious and sweet anecdotes of their playtime together. It was so reassuring to know that someone wasn't only taking care of their base needs, but really spending quality time with our cats and, more importantly, tiring them out so they didn't cause any major destruction in the house due to their cabin fever. When we got home our house was spotless and our cats seemed very content. I would actually even go so far as to say that the very next day they seemed disappointed that Ronni didn't show up at her regular time to play with them. Ronni's prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the amount of time she spent with the cats. I actually want to go out of town more now, knowing that I have a trusted cat sitter I can really rely on. Could not recommend her more.

Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place…read more I wanted to give this place a 5-star review however after paying for more than $1750 and a few months of onboarded training, as well as a few months of in-home follow-up visits, my dog was still not trained. I tried to schedule additional home visits with the trainer but first, he had excuses to not come over and after a few more times he stopped replying to my messages.

I scheduled an evaluation on Monday, December 6th, 2021 for Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. I did this through their website on their automated calendar system. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. I know the claim there is three sides to a story. I have attached screenshots of the conversation so you all can be the judge.
