They pissed me off so bad just trying to get a simple touch-up on ink that THEY did, that I would rather pay someone else to fix it than go to their shop again. They put me off several times using the excuse that it wasn't ready for touch-up, then when they finally said they would do it they changed my appointment that supposedly was scheduled because the "artist" was booked up. Everyone was SO nice! Their AC was out at the time so they allowed us to wait in our car and called us in when it was time for the piercings. Both our piercings look great and are showing no signs of irritation or infection I highly recommended Lucky 7 for any of your piercing needs! All I told him was that I wanted the fleur-de-lis fixed and to incorporate an Asian-style phoenix around it. He designed the most beautiful phoenix and incorporated colors that were even better than I had been picturing. After years of being embarrassed of my back I am finally proud of my art and love showing it! Professor Bob is THE MAN!
