I had no such document in my patient portal that gave me a specific amount and when to pay. I checked four or five times to see if maybe I missed something. It could be that they have terrible software as far as patient portals go. I came in for my first OB visit and was told I was supposed to pay this specific amount. I have no issue paying but let me get through the appointment first and meet the midwife that might be delivering my baby.

My wife needed rehab inMay of this year She was labeled…read moremild dimentia so when she being disatisfied with their demands and bad food choices being diabetic they labeled her, it seems as unruly.She had a fractured tailbone and pneumonia so had little in tough rehab sessions .They gave her bad ratings to the ins company They told me if I paid up her deductible she could get more time,up to a hundred days of care and rehabilitation.I paid in cash over two thousand dollars so my could have longer care.Right after they took and caught her up with the deductible they got her to sign herself out. I have the signed documents to prove it.They were well aware her signing these papers was wrong.She left for home hospice with a urinary infection and extreme pain and pneumonia and died two weeks later.I believe they cared nothing for my wife's conditions. I lost my best friend and soul mate just that easy. The staff is second rate they couldn't even handle a catheter change,sent her to the hospital for the procedure. I believe its a resort for the staff not the patients .If you have anyone needing special care this may not be the place.l give this place one star .My opinion is based on how they treated and lied to our family. The team controlling this place should be reprimanded for false statements and bad service to aging patients. BEWARE where you waste your money or trust based on my horrible outcome....,Heads up!
