Next I had my follow-up shortly afterwards with Roby Nichols to go over the results. That appoint too was great. She showed me the pictures and explained what she saw and we discussed the plan forward. She was friendly and answered my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The reason I am giving this a 3 start instead of 5 stars is once again due to the front desk staff. Definitely some miscommunication & misunderstanding between the customer and the front desk. In addition, I receieved an email about a payment I didn't make but had to leave a msg. It looks like they called me back but didn't leave a msg. The next day I called back and discussed the email and that was resolved but had another chat about asking for payment at time of service when I have insurance to cover it and that I only needed to pay my co-pay; in addition to the fact that I am not a self pay customer. That was something she couldn't really address and had to have the office manager call me back about. I did receive a call back however the conversation with the Office Mgr wasn't very productive. She stated my comment to the receptionist wasn't clear and she got confused b/c she was new! Really? I just stated that I would pay after my insurance was billed. She didn't even collect my co-pay, which I was prepared to pay. The Office manager stated I should have said I have BCBS federal and I only need to pay my co-pay today. Sorry, I wasn't more clear! In our conversation she stated that they don't deal with BCBS Federal very often so the new gal didn't know how to handle it. Really? It's NO different than any other insurance. She stated the co-pay wasn't on the card so she didn't know how much it was. No, it's not b/c it changes every year, but I know what it is b/c I call BCBS each year to see what it is. My mistake for not paying my co-pay! She went on to state I was rude, which I wasn't. I'm sorry you take blunt as rude! I was just stating the fact that I didn't owe anything today but my co-pay. As we chatted about the situation she stated she was confused and basically ended the call. Great Customer Service... NOT!!

Due to my own fault I was out of my medicine and needed a refill quickly. Of course I also needed…read morean update to my prescription. My pharmacy asked me to call and see if I could hurry it along since I needed it in just a few days. I did not have much hope of it happening, but they did it in just a few hours. The pharmacy called me and was amazed at the speed! It is unusual to get such personal care from a Doctors office in this day and age due to the sheer number of patients they see.. I sure appreciated the care they showed. It made a big difference for me.

Pregnancy has definitely made my body very sore but they always do an amazing job at addressing all of my issues. I would highly recommend this place for prenatal chiropractic care. Unfortunately the massage was not good. I even got one for my husband for Father's Day and we were both super disappointed especially with how much it costs. The lady wasn't able to put enough pressure when massaging and it honestly felt like I didn't even get a massage. I have gone elsewhere for prenatal massage and not only pay much less but actually get relief.

Stephanie is easy going, down to earth, kind, understanding, and relatable. Everything I was/am looking for! I was pretty nervous for my first visit - having been given a run around on a 'geriatric' pregnancy and healthy delivery, then postpartum confusing Dx regarding hormones and PCOS - Stephanie was quick, educated, and answered all of my questions. Her office is very comfortable and warm and we instantly connected over thrifting. So why not 5 stars? I only give them 4 stars due to billing. I don't understand why I am always charged my copay, and then my insurance says payment of $0 is due on the EOB. I've brought this up a few times with the front desk and am told it's a system error. I've been doing medical billings for nearly two decades, and this seems very incorrect... but my love for Stephanie runs deeper than this 'system' issue. Either way, I will stay with Stephanie, and cannot recommend her enough. She is a wonderful advocate for her patients.

The lady said my photos would be available within 20 mins. At the 20 minute mark I recieved a call from her saying my tech never saved the photos to the program and they will have to wait until she gets a moment to send them in. I asked if the photos were lost and she said she couldn't promise me that. I called back a few hours later to ask on the status and she said they haven't been able to get to it. I asked if they will do it by the end of the day and again she said "if we have time to do it". I am a second time mom with my first passing with a miscarriage. I want these photos to see my baby and they could care less. This is terrible customer service.
