The worst real estate company . Our experience working with them from beginning to the end was horrible. Unresponsive to phone calls, voicemails, texts, emails. Purchased a home from their listing in San Ramon. The escrow closed a weeks ago they only provided us the key from the lock box to the main door entrance. The Garage remote is missing , the mailbox key is missing, the pool key is missing. When our agent reached out to them about the missing item they never responded to us back. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional this real estate company and their agents are. Many years ago my wife and I were entering family in our backyard on a Sunday. I heard something and when I looked up I saw that Lisa Doyle had opened our gate and walked back to where we were. I asked her to leave, as we were having a private function. When there were issues about anything, a call to her office fixed the problem with an apology and promise to keep on it. Lisa was the selling agent for a home we recently purchased. She was extremely difficult to work with and made the entire process painful for both parties involved. She never answered emails or phone calls, was hardly available to show the home, and barely fulfilled her commitments as an agent. A fridge was to remain at the home after purchase, it was taken by the sellers and was replaced with a mini fridge. It took Lisa months to have things like this taken care of. Garbage was left on the property, personal property was left at the home, and Lisa put in zero effort to follow contractual agreements when selling a home. Looked at an open house today in Antioch, CA. Terrible listing agent, Diana Carcamo. She was on the phone the entire time kept putting whomever she was chatting it up with on hold to ask if we have any questions. How the heck would you want to talk to this agent when she has the phone pressed against her hand the whole time by putting someone on hold. Seems she would rather not be there, and just chit-chat with her friend on the phone. Very unprofessional! If she was working for me, I'd fire her right there on the spot. Doesn't even offer any of the cookies or sandwiches in the kitchen for guests coming in. How do you sell a home when you don't have time for the people that come in and pretend to put the person on hold when looking over at her? Do you think anyone would be comfortable to ask any questions while you have someone holding on the phone each time? Wow! read more

We sold our house recently in Green Meadow Danville, CA and Lisa Doyle was our agent. In addition of hearing that she sold several houses in the neighborhood, she was also our neighbor and I liked her personally. Therefore, after interviewing with her, we chose her as our realtor. Unfortunately, during selling our house, her team caused us too much stress. Once, one of her agents left a can in our freezer, drinking frozen soda was expanded and made mess in all of our freezer. Second time, one of her agents without making any appointment with us just opened our house main door and wanted to leave some items for the next open house in our house and caused too much stress for my protective dog. We were lucky that I put the inside lock. who could be responsible if something happened to her? While, I was explaining to her that she has no right to come to my house without asking me, she showed me the key and said I have the master key. What a ridiculous explanation to come to my house! Another time, when we went to get my daughter cat's Ash, when we came home we saw our house entrance door was wide open after they had an open house earlier in our house. We were already upset of losing one of our lovely cats, and we had enough things to deal with in our family , still, we had to check that nothing has been stolen from us! Who could be responsible, if something was stolen from us? While, we were signing what we are going to take with us, I personally, told them, because the house that we bought has new appliances ( even we bought new washer and dryer), we are going to leave all appliances there, however, we only take our other fridge from the garage that we bought ourselves . She forgot! We had the contract to stay one month free after selling our house and pay the rent for second month. There was a term , an abbreviation, in our contract that we didn't know what does it mean. Based on that term we had to pay double for rent for one month, because, of the buyer's mortgage. They didn't explain to us ! She told us in the middle of the first month, after we thought we had enough time and we traveled to other state for a few days for work. After, we came back I got covid for one week! We found out how much is the rent for next month and we didn't want to pay extra. I don't know how did I packed after that ! After moving to our new house, she called us several times that you signed to leave garage freezer too and there was a s in the front of freezer name! Wasn't her responsibility to check for what we paid her! We bought a new freezer for them! Now, they are asking that they can't find the remote for the $100 fan in the house ? We sold asis, and we are dealing with so many important things for our new house, because we bought also asis. what we are going to do with that remote if it was in our items by mistake. We politely asked them not to bug us again! Can they understand what is to be polite and understanding when they bought our house with a very good deal and with tesla solar power! I sure hope Dan S.'s review isn't directed at me and my husband. I want to clarify that neither of our offers on the property in question were ever FHA loans. We were always a conventional loan, which is not subject to the same stringent requirements as an FHA loan. FHA loans have significantly more red tape to get through in order to be approved since they are backed by the government, allow for lower credit scores, and allow you to finance a home even if you have filed for bankruptcy or been foreclosed on in the last year. NONE of those terms apply to me or my husband, and I am extremely insulted that these terms are being used to describe our financial standing, as they are completely false. I understand that since Dan S. incorrectly believed we had an FHA loan, no seller would want to deal with an FHA appraisal and the rest of the red tape. However, this was NEVER our loan type, and those conditions did not apply to us. We used a private lender for our CONVENTIONAL loan. We had Lisa and her team list our home for sale. I had known for at least a couple of years earlier that we would use her services as she was about the only proactive person in our neighborhood who actually walked the neighborhood to distribute flyers and talk with people whether we were interested in selling or not. She knows how to build relationships and knows the local market better than other brokers we have talked to. From the day of listing until the final closing on our sale, everything went perfectly. Lisa and her team kept us constantly informed as to status and processes. Whenever I needed to get her on the phone, she was always available. One of her best traits is that she is very upbeat and cautiously optimistic. Her experience shows her talents. Having bought and sold many homes and rentals over a lot of years, this was the first time I had an experience that I would label as "decentralized". In other words, in past real estate transactions, I always dealt with just one person from start to finish. With Lisa there were at least 3 people in the loop as dependent on the need. Sometimes Greg was involved and sometimes Abagail. People may like the older traditional approach, but after having gone through this process, I like it much better. The tasks are split up between people who specialize more in that part of the transaction. As for marketing, they had some of the best brochures I've ever seen and they marketed our home not just in the MLS, but on practically all of the real estate sites. And when it came time to need help with fixing up, staging, and other tasks, she had some great recommendations and referrals to people who do good work. Our open house was also expertly handled by Lisa and an additional colleague. In the end, we got LOTS of offers and none were under the listing price even though are listing price was higher than recent sales of the same model homes that closed. I was approached by Lisa Doyle about seven years ago when we were listing our home for sale. Lisa was the only agent that provided a marketing plan for how she was going to present our home. She created a marketing binder that had detail information about our home and also contained area information with such great detail that included school test scores (great marketing for families moving into the area) . She clearly did her homework. A few years later, our daughter was looking to purchase her first home. Lisa worked with her over the period of a few weeks and was able to get her into a short sale (rather quickly, I might add). Over the duration of the process, Lisa showed our daughter many homes and patiently worked with her to weed out/in what would be a suitable home for her. She is completely happy with her home and with Lisa's services. Now our son is looking to purchase his first home and, of course, we have referred him to Lisa. Lisa's immediate response was to introduce him to a broker who is working with him to determine his affordability. Even though it's a first home and rather inexpensive, Lisa has already begun to check into areas where he might find something within his price range. I should mention that it will probably be 3-6 months before he'll be ready to purchase, but she is still working with him today.
