There are a lot of way to describe Jordan, and most of them good. I can't say all because then that would make others questions my review of his services. I worked with Jordan starting in April 2016 after I met him at an open house. I was not looking for an agent yet but he jumped in and started showing me the ropes. One of Jordan's strongest traits is that he is aggressive and relentless. He will get you what you want, and tell you what a home will go for. Jordan suggested that if I could go view homes on weekdays, we would have better opportunities to see homes not yet on the market, and also without the crowds. From April - May, we saw countless homes all in with the specs I asked for. During this time, I bid on two locations. Jordan suggested a price and I ended up under-bidding his suggestion both times. I was outbid both times and the eventual closing price was closer to his guess than mine. His knowledge of the Tri-Valley area is amazing and his ability to pick out the correct bid price is spot-on. Eventually, knowing what I was looking for in a location (2 bed, 2+ bath, 2 car garage) he suggested I go re-visit one of the first locations I saw. I saw the asking price and he suggested going under. I bid his price and within a couple days, we were in escrow. I was a very qualified buyer and we figured this deal would close within 30 days max. After several challenges, delays, and difficulties, the deal finally closed after a couple of renegotiations 60+ days after we opened escrow.
