I have not experienced a bad accident in over 30yr. I received next to nothing based off what the attorney received (from the settlement barely getting medical paid to break even). Fast forward, when my accident happened back on 2.25.2020 of last year, I was completely shocked and at a loss for words, to what just happened. It took me two days to feel anything. My husband underwent a lower back surgery in an outpatient surgical center in Scottsdale, AZ. Because of the surgeon's negligence, my husband was left with lifelong complications. It is not often that I post my opinion or reviews on social media; however, I feel the team at The Dr. Lawyer Law Group are deemed worthy of my comments. When I first contacted this firm, I was calling on behalf of a close relative who had recently had an accident. I had called several other law firms and none were willing to take on the case. The calls were short and brief with the other firms, but with The Dr. Lawyer Law Group - they were willing to take the time to listen and have a translator available. They made sure they understood the details of the case and informed they would certainly be able to proceed with representing us. It took a about a year but finally the case has wrapped up. We got much less than what we wanted, but it was due to the circumstances and the insufficient proof showing cause. It was explained very professionally and tactfully to my relative. I was rear ended on the 101 and ended up with a pretty serious neck pain. My chiropractor advised me that my injuries are going to need the very best lawyer possible. He recommended the Dr. Lawyer to me. I made an appointment with their office and Dr. Shah (he's a medical doctor and a lawyer!) asked me to bring in my X-rays and cervical MRI. I couldn't believe it; he put the films on a view box and began to read them himself! He showed me exactly where on my cervical spine I was injured. He told me that I will likely require surgery to correct the injuries. He turned out to be right. When I went to the spine surgeon, I was told that I would need a two level ACDF to remove the herniated discs and fuse my cervical spine. After the surgery, the Dr. Lawyer litigated the case against the insurance company. At the arbitration hearing, he destroyed the insurance company's medical expert. Dr. Shah knew all of the medical terminology and kept putting the other side's expert in a corner. I didn't even know that a lawyer could do that! Oh, and I won! On April 10th, 2023 I was involved in a really bad Motorcycle Accident resulting in a Broken Knee and being Hospitalized for a Week. I had a house fire and got 2nd degree burns and the burn hospital in Phoenix and only did dressing changes on me and sent me home to do further dressing changes on my own . I was not able to , called back told to come back in . They 'readmitted' me , now I had NO infections , just couldn't get the dressings changed. NEXT I woke up , possibly a day or two later and they had done a Skin Graft operation on me , without my Knowledge or Consent.
