The owner is a very lovely and intelligent lady by the name of Susan Richards. Her MO is to make art affordable to the masses as well as high quality, of course! She does this all as a single mom, too. There is a selection of art--all by local artists that ranges from watercolor to prints to glass, greeting cards, jewelry or pottery. There is something for anyone's price range. The most expensive piece isn't even that expensive by most gallery's standards. The atmosphere is pleasing and not intimidating. Another fun bonus is that Susan holds events such as 'Howling at the Moon' every month or so where folks can get together for a little gnosh and an art project and enjoy themselves. There are other events that you can get on a mailing list to see. No more snotty galleries with exorbitant prices and unfriendly staff!

The piece is kind of big, 44in(h)x22in(w) and it came back better than expected. The team restained the wood frame, got the glass looking like new, the poster was masterfully matted and all this craftsmanship for well under $200! This piece has not looked this good since it was first hung over 50 years ago, which is saying a lot. I made a little sunflower night light out of melted glass, and the owner Eileen spent time helping me get it just right! She was patient and showed me techniques to make this a fun and easy project! I highly recommend stopping by and spending time with Eloise and her daughter Jana to create your own unique art piece. Some items seemed a wee bit overpriced. We got the large pretzels and they were very heavy on salt and the beer cheese was just off in flavor as well as presentation but the pretzels were good otherwise. Definitely a unique venue space but they got pretty nice set up for to bands to play. Bring your friends and check it out for yourself.

I had a fantastic time. The place is a little hard to find but just call and ask. He is hard of hearing so don't mind the stern voice. It was an experience like nothing else. It was so hands on (so incredible hot with the 2100 degree ovens), I got to pick my color and he guided every step of what I was doing course correcting when I messed up which I totally did. He is stern in his teaching but don't take anything personal. You are dealing with literally a slow moving liquid, near and in 2100 degree ovens and his sternness comes from wanting you to stay safe and also produce something truly beautiful yo can be proud of. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.
